I loved that there was a room that could fit 6 of us! great value compared to having to get two rooms when we were just passing through!

Mostly fake 5 star reviews, staffs are very rude, rooms very dirty and weed smell all over. Don’t believe in there website pictures I booked for aug 19, when I arrived there was a strong stench of weed around the whole place, I believed this was only on the outside, but when I entered I could still smell it inside the building, we did not like the facilities provided to us, this place is supposed to be a no smoke area, complained this the staff guy, and his replied with stay here is you want leave if don’t, I don’t care. in addition he tried to lecture me about cooking with a microwave, this enraged me as I am red seal chef with decades of experience from various countries. I did not care about the 160$ spent, and left this place immediately canceling my trip to banff with my family And I headed back to Edmonton.Finally I recommend this place for weed people, and who can deal with rude staff. This place is unfit for family stay and for hospitality.

Quite outdated and did not look at all as nice as the pictures online. Also smelled kind of like smoke in the room

I was not informed of the breakfast, if there was one.

The shower I took was a little cool. The water never actually got hot. I was thankful that the chill of the cold water was slightly taken off edge. The TV didn't seem to work properly. That may have been my own fault. As I was pushing buttons, trying to watch something other than a news program in an oriental language, the screen told me I must go through all the channels or something. The message never changed regardless of the buttons I pushed.
