Clean and loved the kitchenette

Very good
The free WIFI disconnected from my phone so frequently and I had to keep looking up my phone all the time. Even at that, I still missed a number of important calls

great apartments for a family of four
the showers in the room were very awkward to operate as the dial moved to easily and slipped but they controlled the temperature!

Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent and polite. Even came to get our dirty dishes. Super great. We asked for a Kuerig machine and they brought it to our room. We didn't use the pool and workout area, but our next stay we definitely will!! Loved the two bedroom suite, and the table in the room so we could play cards.
I didn't know if there was ice anywhere. Probably if I looked further than my nose I would have found it.!!
The hide a bed in the couch is uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back. Next time I will definitely share a bed with one of my sisters!!!

We did not like the fact that FREE wifi was only available for 1 guest ( all other guests in the same room who want to use WIFi must pay $4.99 per day. Wifi should be available for ALL guests and should be included in the price just like other hotels.

reception. I pre checked in and it was not done. tissue ran out after day one. breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and inviting. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Room was new, clean and spacious.
Dishwasher in our suite wasn’t working.

the property was close to where we wanted to be and was situated close to shopping, movies, and our family.

The pool, hot tub and waterslide were extremely fun! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was exceptional! Especially one young man that was at the breakfast each day, he was so friendly.

the pool was closed for the first part of our stay due to maintenance but reopened for the last night.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. I was blown away by the level of service and all the help we were given. we had forgotten a few items and they were able to help us quickly. They were quick to answer any questions. Really wonderful!!

Staff in this property are the epitome of outstanding customer service! Big shout out to Karl, Leilani and Yena! These three awesome gems went above and beyond to make that one stay something to remember fondly.
The suite was just perfect for the reason we came for. It felt cozy and luxurious.

Overall it was perfect. Accommodations were perfect. Absolutely perfect. We didn't need the kitchen but omg it was perfect. Location was ideal .

It was takeout only breakfast, so we did not use.
It was quite noisy from the traffic coming off of the highway. They could definitely benefit from some noise reducing windows and/or blinds.

I drink hot water in the mornings and it tasted of coffee. You should try to keep an urn for water only.

All the streaming apps available on their TVs. Free Wifi was quite fast. Room was clean and roomy and comfortable.
No security deposit safes in the room, only the front desk. Breakfast tasted bland and very limited options. Shower was very weak.
