Perfekte Lage in San Francisco Nähe Pier 39. Endstation Cable Car in der Nähe. Gutes Restaurant im Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Proximity to the cruise terminal was important to us. We also enjoyed walking around Pier 39. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. It was nice to grab a cup of real coffee in the lobby.

It was the perfect landing spot after a 24-hour travel. nice and comfortable room in a great area. The coffee was really good!

The property was well positioned in Fisherman’s Wharf and close to the attractions. We had a very comfortable stay here and loved the hot chocolate and s’mores in the evening.
The area did have some homeless individuals nearby but they kept themselves to themselves and we didn’t feel uncomfortable when we were out and about.
Would have liked tea and coffee in the room and not just in the morning in reception.

The location is amazing and the room is very clean. At first we got a room that smelled like cigarettes but once we told the staff member our problem he quickly got right on it and gave us a new room which smelled clean and was in perfect condition. And the TV has so many options from amazing channels to Netflix!! Amazing experience!!!
No parking, had to use the public parking right across the street which came out way cheaper!!

It was close to the pier/shopping/food.
Very small. Not clean, had spiders and carpet was dirty. The lobby was extremely small. Overall not worth the price we paid.
