It was our second stay at a Kimpton hotel and it did not disappoint. Hotel decor looks beautiful. Modern and fresh. Location was perfect for exploring the city. Stayed with little kids and never felt unsafe walking to all major sights. Hotel staff is very friendly. They let us check-in early which was really great! Great value for the price and would definitly recommend staying at the Kimpton. O yes, and I appreciate the social hour and coffee station!

Prices in the restaurant for breakfast rather steep (+mandatory 20% even on the days that it’s counter service).

Such a beautiful clean and modern hotel, plus the staff couldn’t do enough to help out. Plus the location was fantastic.

Location, restaurant and rooms were good

The room we were given smelled bad and we had to move room after the first night. Valet was a bit hit and miss in terms of service and very expensive compared to other hotels

The breakfast credit note that is already included. There should have been be a different rate for excluding the breakfast.

Excellent location if you want to explore San Francisco’s tourist hotspots. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Long hallway to reach room. It would be nice to have a more hygienic flooring in the room instead of the carpet.

Friendly staff. Free happy hour every day was great. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast has a many options on the menu. Excellent service both at the restaurant and front desk. The Hotel is located in an excellent location right near the pier and beautiful choices of restaurants around. This is our 2nd time at the Hotel in 2 years. Everything was excellent. The front desk does a great job in making sure guest are comfortable and very accommodating.
