nous avons aimé la piscine, le spa , la grandeur des lits, la propreté.

dans les modules de jeux il y a des trucs en caoutchouc qui sont brisé qui devrait être changer.

How it look around the pool area

The bugs! We we’re in the hot tub and seen cockroaches and other sorts of big bugs. We had to get out of it and go to our room. Room we’re very small.

Activités pour enfants.

Les activités pour enfants dans le lobby. Avec la porte qui ouvre il fesait froid… trop coincer pour circuler etc… Selon moi cela devrait être a l’étage ou les salles.

Le personnel accueillant les enfants ce sont très bien amusés car il y avait beaucoup d’activités,maquillage,princesse,bricolage,piscine,jeux d’eaux etc… Pour les adultes il y avait de musique très entraînante et on c’est très bien amusé.

Seulement le buffet déjeuner était froid et assez dispendieux.

Amazing atmosphere, the pool was wonderful very alive and kids loved it. Bands singing at the pool, delicious drinks, activities, magicians, princesses, jumping castles and more we didnt do… kids had a blast and so did we.

Could use more cleaning of the pool water and the pool itself requires some maintenance, the flooring tiles are popping off my daughter hurt her little finger.

Location, live music with pool, clean and activities for kids

Breakfast should be included in the price, so expensive, specially for the kids. Kids refuse to attend movies, room was small and TV should be a projector.

I didn't have breakfast but the location is great I really enjoyed the accommodations for the children. A great hotel for families.

I didn't like the food at the resto, for the price, it wasn't worth it. I didn't like that I was told my 10 month old baby would be charged a plate if he just tasted my food.

All facilities are great, except gym! Live music by the pool was awesome! Bartender Mark was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants, markets, etc.

The gym needs an upgrade.

Breakfast buffet was amazing!

I had booked three nights with two queen beds a couple months in advance. The hotel cancelled my first night due to card error and delayed responses through the booking.com website. My family crammed into a one bed room with a chaise and floor mat to make due. Price of that room was adjusted but I feel like there should have been something to compensate for the inconvenience. We were also travelling by public transportation and no one mentioned to us about the free bus passes. Upon check in they even asked us how we would be travelling. I had also asked the front desk for bud route info. It wasn’t until our last day that we got the bus passes. By this point we had already spent $75 in bus fare.

Room, No AC, Parking, Construction, staff at counter, water park too crowded, no room darkening curtains, no exhaust in washroom, not a 4 star standard

The Activities ,the Staff and location

Some of the Guest are too noisy and you can hear them in the hallway and woke you up in the middle of the night

The kids loved the swimming pool and the seven-storey games. The rooms were neat and the food was great. Nice place for family fun.

As usual the pool and the activities for kids + a studio room with 3 queen beds!

water games could be renewed

if you have kids, they will love everything about this hotel, the pool, the arcade games, face painting activities, playing with sand, nail painting,,etc It is clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff

It was fully booked when we were there so the staff had a hard time getting clean towels to the pool on time, but that really just meant more pool time

The beds were not that comfy also kids running in the hallway until 11:30-12 at night we ordered pizza at the restaurant in hotel and room service the dough underneath was raw wasn’t happy advise the receptionist and they did nothing you pay 35$ for a 9” pizza you expect a goos pizza not raw

The kids loved it . It was filled with children's activities. There was no single second they felt boredom.

It was overcrowded. The pool was filled with people and there was hardly any space in the pool. The hot tub had a maximum capacity sign if 18 ppl and at one point it had 37 ppl inside. The chlorine levels of the pools were very high and the chlorine smell would irritate eyes and the chest. Safety measures were absolutely absent. I feel this place would have been shut down if someone from the H&S ministry would show up unannounced.

I like that there was so much for the kids to do and every day there was something new to do.

We spent 2 nights with our 2 young children and we had so much fun!!! Lots of entertainement and great time all together!

our room was spacious, clean, always enough towels down at pool. pool was fun, entertainment was good, front desk staff spoke good English, and free parking.

Restaurant on site was ridiculously priced. for the price we paid for 4 days I think they should lower their prices in restaurant. I also don’t agree with the housekeeping not cleaning and or checking to see if you need garbage removal / towels and or toilet paper.

Staff, unhelpful Rooms, not done Not enough pillows, towels, washcloths. We were 5 stuff for 3, it is not like they did not know ….

this was our large family’s (6) first big trip together.. and everything about our stay here went perfect! From the front desk getting us an early check in, to our kids eyes opening wide in excitement with every turn they made!! The cleanliness was excellent and way above expectations for a location with as much to offer. The food at 10Vague restaurant was almost as great as the staff themselves! we spent 3 nights and wanted to book longer!! Our next trip to Quebec will absolutely involve a stay at L’Hotel Quebec!!

The only reason I didn’t rate our stay a 10.. was because we never got to take in the weekend festivities that are normally planned.. which is absolutely not a strike against the facility itself.
