Older, not real nice. Breakfast was bad!

Shuttle service from airport was prompt and the driver knowledgeable in giving directions to specific airline desks. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Easy check in/out. Availability of various foods and wine near the reception desk.

I didn't like anything, because I booked and I went to the hotel, and the african american in the reception didn't want to let me enter to my room and sleep because I can pay only by cash. I offered him some alternative solution but he didn't accept.He asked the security to put me out at 05h00 am , and the area wasn't safe. He told me also that I can write a bad review if I want.

The personal working in this hotel are rude. 0 humanity and don't take care about the security of people. In my own country, no hotel would ever put me out at night at 05:00am. They would treat me as a human being and prioritize my safety. Your team didn’t even offer me water, despite knowing that I was arriving from another country, exhausted after a long flight. Instead, your employees forced me out at night, and I have never experienced anything like that. I felt like a homeless person. At the very least, your staff could have allowed me to stay in the reception until sunrise when it would have been safer outside. I made my reservation via Booking.com, and your system didn’t stop me when I used my credit card to secure the booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, my card didn’t work at reception. In such cases, your team should have offered other payment options, or you should take payment directly when someone books, instead of waiting until they arrive at the hotel, especially at 1:00 AM. This situation was handled poorly and left me in a very difficult position. I can't go alone at 02:00 or 03:00 to look for a new hotel. Because I can pay only by cash, your team didn't give me my room. I'm not from USA , and he didn't care. They put me out at 05h00 am in an area who is not safe.

The air conditioning unit had a fan that blew very cold air, at a fixed high fan speed, and emitted an awful smell. We had to turn it off…causing the room to be stuffy. Luckily we were only there 1 night. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no local places to walk to.

El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas.

Esta justo a la par de la carretera y nuestra habitación en piso 2 daba a la calle y no era posible dormir por los caminones. La última noche nos dieron habitación en piso 4 y fue distinto.

Zunächst bietet das Hotel im 30 Minuten Takt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zwischen Hotel und P4 an. Damit erreicht man den Airtrain zum Flughafen EWR oder Richtung Bahnhof Newark Liberty International Airport für den New York Transit. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück war sehr gut, typisch amerikanisch mit großer Auswahl. Das Hotel bietet auch einige Snacks und Getränke zum Kaufen an. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens EWR ideal.

Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, dann sollte man den angebotenen Shuttle Service nutzen, um zum Hotel und wieder zur Airtrain Station zu kommen. Google Maps zeigt da Laufwege an, die so nicht vorhanden sind. Vor dem Hotel gibt es nur ein kurzes Stück Fußweg und dann kommt man auf eine dicht befahrene Straße. Wer gegen den Jetlag ein Stück laufen möchte, hat es hier eher schwer. Für eine Nacht mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafen aber ideal.

Badezimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Fußnägel und Pailletten und Fussel am Boden. Frühstück qualitativ sehr dürftig. Kaffee dünn. Orangesaft sehr süß aus dem Automaten, Rührei aus der Packung, Plastikbesteck, Pappteller, Pappbecher… alles Selbstbedienung. Personal vorhanden…

The room was a suite !!! And very clean and the bed was most comfortable -breakfast was good-But the drab colors made me think of a depressing movie I think called Leaving Las Vegas -and it was very pricey

Staff wasn’t to helpful nor friendly

We were only there for an overnight ..so didn’t really get to see much there. The breakfast was good. The Checkin was smooth. Beds comfortable and room clean. Shuttle was on time and good.

When I finally got a nice room it was good for one night. Breakfast was quite various.

The first room I got was a mess - see the photo, but was switched quickly. I still can’t get an invoice for the payment for the night, which is 200+ USD, as they claim that is impossible, because my payment was done through booking.com, which I’ve never had before with my numerous travels all around the world, including US. In general, when one has any additional questions, not much help is provided, only an answer, that that’s impossible and no suggestions what could be done. All together didn’t feel welcome there at all!

The hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Adding my name on the TV was a nice welcoming touch.

The prices were hiked up a bit due to it being the weekend before a holiday. I've gotten a better deal at this hotel previously.

It was very easy to get from the International Airport to the Hotel. The room was huge and we had a decent view. The beds were amazing. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was included and we were grateful for what was on offer. This was definitely more than we expected for the price. We would stay in this hotel again if we were to return to the area.

The staff didn't seem to be welcoming or very happy, maybe we got them on an off day? The breakfast could have been a bit healthier for people with dietary requirements such as GF. If you arrive on a late flight, get something at the airport as there is nowhere to eat near the hotel if you have no means of transport and the snacks downstairs are basically all junk food. So we had a Kit Kat, chips and some ice cream for dinner. The other options were some kind of frozen boxed meals. They could provide some healthier snacks like yoghurt and fruit salad/salads etc in the fridge. It also frustrates me that no one seems to have prices on anything in NY! It is very stressful to purchase anything when you are already concerned about the exchange rate. You will loose my sale every time without prices. If they had a restaurant to serve some dinners (where they serve breakfast) that would have been fantastic.

I booked my stay for one night and They charged me for 5 nights, they charged me from my card after 7 days of my checkout. Now I am struggling to get my money back I am not residing in New Jersey I called many times property they simply said I booked my hotel through booking.com so I have to talk to them. My point is why they charged again after my checkout. I have all the proofs & supporting documents which prove that they charged me extra but Hampton inn management not ready to listen.

Carpets and pillow cases had a smell. Could be old I'm guessing. Anyway it doesn't really matter as it was just that few hours we were in the room before heading back to the airport.

Close to Newark Airport with prompt shuttle service. Clean and quiet room. Onsite self service laundry facility.

The 24 hour airport shuttle to take the NJ Transit train into NYC was easy and convenient. Uber is another convenient option.

There is not much around the property in way of restaurants or walkability.

Quarto amplo, silencioso, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã bom, servido à partir das 6:00 hs. Transfer para o aeroporto funcionou muito bem. Ótima localização para quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto de Newark. Gostamos de ter café e chocolate na recepção.

Arrived late from airport and was unable to take the 6:00 am shuttle as it was full. Had to take the 5:30, 1/2 hour less of valuable sleep.

Digital Key / Digital Checkout - never had to use the front desk! Nice breakfast included.
