I didn't like everything about that motel like I was telling you earlier very uncouth staff very rude management very rude Mr McDaniels the staff the head over housekeeping is very rude she causes a bunch of drama she causes a bunch of friction between the customers and the staff to wear they will have to leave she informs the customers to that they have to make their own beds clean their own rooms they can't sit with their door open with the TV down and she tells them that they can't sit in the bar since they paid for their room she sprays febreeze in their faces I know this for a fact that she did it to mine when I proceeded to tell Mr McDaniels what she had done he wouldn't allow me to tell all of my side that me and my husband had to leave now I don't know why he's afraid to reprimand her what their relationship is there but that's very unprofessional and for him to say that they're fully staffed with security and housekeeping and basically cry and complain will I need more customers well if you don't let your damn staff run your damn customers away you would have customers so truthfully the place needs to be under New Management and a whole new staff thank you

DO NOT POST THIS ONLINE. THIS is an evaluation for Booking. com’s eyes only.The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the price was good.
We seemed to be the only guests checking in with luggage. Families were in the lobby with children, riding toys, and carrying garbage bags. At one point our door opened but stopped at the security lock. An employee apologized and said she was looking for a set of keys that had been left earlier. We had to leave at 4:00 am the next morning for a flight, and there was no hot water for the shower.The bathroom door had a fist punch hole in it.

The whole entire hotel needs renovation!! It looks nothing like the pics online. It looks more like a homeless shelter or rehab center for substance abuse people.

I like that the hotel was convenient and close to my children's school.
The staff was very rude. I stayed 2 weeks and barely received any towels from housekeeping. I had a maintenance problem with the toilet in my room it was leaking water and the maintenance man came in my room using the towels I purchased to get the water up threw the towels in the tub and pulled the curtain back. Still didn't fix the toilet they just moved me and apologized. They also have roaches bad

The fact that on the last day we were actually listened too,however this does not rectify all the horrors that we endured.,blood on walls,ceilings,exposed to screws and sharp objects,blood stained pillows and mattresses..NO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT OUR STAY,, FLOODING TOILET ...moved to another room on our last night..only for the tap to fall off whilst taking a shower and suffering scolding on my back .when showing the front desk member of staff, the reply was amazing, just proves housekeeping ain't doing their job mam?? (But, there was certain staff who were great)
Very very poor standard,no basic housekeeping for 5 days, not even bins emptied.. very poor standards .. should be investigated as the hotel is shared with the homeless & the immigration and asylum program?? Along with paying guests??... l have multiple bites from fleas..

The comfort and cleanliness was fair enough for the money. Staff at the reception were like robots, just doing their duty, with no smile or a greeting or showing any enthusiasm to invite the guest. I'm happy they are NOT rude and unfriendly. They were patient enough to answer my questions and give me information I needed. I did not expect any red carpet welcome for the money I paid. So, it met my expectations. There was security person taking rounds in the parking. That made me feel my parked car is secured. The back door of the building was opening without a key. That made me little unsecure. Room service was good. Overall, it was satisfactory
Staff at the reception could be better at greeting the guests with a smile. It doesn't cost anything but adds a lot of value.

When we pulled up it didn’t look like it did online, it look like a war zone it wasn’t welcoming and the staff was not friendly or even address that we were there.

The only good thing about the property is its proximity to the airport and Graceland. Other than that and the value, it is not an ideal property.
The property next door is condemned, which leads to unwanted crime and homelessness.
The pool was closed and the property is apparently going through a "renovation" project. A lot of furniture was cluttered in the hallway leading up to our assigned room.
We had no hot water for a good portion of our stay and there was no phone to contact the front desk about.

Everything. the floors were dirty, you couldn’t drive to the side of the building where your room is. There was furniture missing from the room and there was holes in the wall. Also the pool was closed.

It was close to our destination
Very run down, our room door had to be opened by maintenance because our key didn’t work. There were people who were on drugs and bothering guests.

Didn’t like anything about it but the staff. I would’ve rather paid $15 extra dollars to stay in a better hotel.

The rugs and windows were filthy. The halls and the room smelled. Hair dryer didn’t work and when i asked the front desk for a replacement for our dryer I never received one. I had to purchase my own. Wall receptacle in the bathroom was loose. Toilet seat was peeling. An all around disaster.
