Pool was not useable

Location was perfect for the events we wanted to go to, just a 4 minute drive from the Saigon Summer Night Market and a 7 minute drive from the flea market. Breakfast was convenient and the staff was very friendly.

There was some debris in the pool, could have been cleaner. Wish there were more breakfast variety. Room smelled a little odd, almost like hair dye? But the rest of the hotel smelled great.

General manager was nice. Hotel seemed well kept. Room was good size.

Check in guy was terrible and I cannot candy coat that. When I told the GM about the experience he did not seem surprised. The lady that handled the breakfast area was flat out unfriendly. I never saw her smile. Her demeanor was not what it should be for public display. She was quite rude to me me twice. Breakfast was not very good but adequate.

Great value, clean hotel, easy to find and park. The general manager was very friendly upon check-in. Nice sized room with everything you need. Would stay here again!

Breakfast doesn't have the best selection and ran out of plates each day, although the fresh waffles were a nice touch! I was a bit cold at night due to the AC and thin sheet. Would be great if you could regulate it yourself. I wish the guests respected the hotel's no smoking policy!

everything was good from the food to the bed!! plus it had cable to watch espn.

The property was nice and clean. The assistant manager was wonderful to deal with. Very guest oriented. I felt very welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was more comfortable then expected.

The breakfast was not good. I don’t want to complain about this because it is a free breakfast. But the sausage and eggs were inedible. I was happy to have coffee! The shower head in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall down and there was a weird smell in the hallway. Thankfully it was not in the room.

the hotel was not clean despite it being a non-smoking facility-it wreaked of cigarette smoke staff put the chairs up on tables in the lobby immediately following breakfast. this was the only place for guests to congregate and the only place we could feed our baseball team. the mattresses were uncomfortable and box springs were stained. there were no actual blankets for the bed-only sheets

Location was really nice. 20 mins from many beach areas. The restaurants next door and across the street were very fun.Live bands:)

The pool water was cold. The sun was on the pool area until 3:30pm then it was shade. Could use some plants to make area look nice no alcohol,beverages or food around pool area.

Location was great for where I needed to work. Check-in was easy and folks were very friendly. The property is very quiet and allowed for a very restful sleep.

Property seems a bit pricey, but that could just be that I'm a cheap-skate and love a bargain.

Steph location and the price was reasonable and I stayed in numerous times but it has gotten way too expensive.

The breakfast this facility offers is an absolute joke!

no carpets on the hallway I was on 1st floor so every time someone leave room even utilities room they woke me up when door shut as it was very loud with no carpets
