The homeless people in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night, and not being able to take a bath/shower because the shower leaks into the floor into the laundry room underneath

The value of staying, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I visited this Sure Stay Hotel in Fairfield a few years back..Now, tremendous change, cleanliness and great value! Thank you so much Earnest and the staffs!!!

Hmmmmm; I'll just say it's a good value and very clean inside the room!!!!

Value and Convenient

My room was not made and clean, and the afternoon front desk was unfriendly, sarcastic and rude. Afternoon/evening front desk different stories and changing stories.

Value, AM staff and manager friendliness and easy to ask questions. Convenient places to eat, groceries, gas station and my STARBUCKS!!!

Surroundings I'm not too sure about ? Sanitized or Wipes the elevators or outside (Precautions for the virus)

Location is great. Love they have a pool and hot tub. Most staff is pretty friendly.

Rooms are old and dated , especially the shower. Always looks dingy. Hot tub is hardly working and that’s the main reason I book at this hotel.

It was convenient.

The floors were dirty, the bed sheet did not stay tucked in and the bed was uncomfortable. The tub and sink did not drain properly.

Value for the room was good, it was clean, and fairly quiet. We were on the top floor, in a one queen bed room. The AC worked great as well. We liked that it was within walking distance of a Starbucks, and food locations.

We booked this place because it indicated "breakfast included." Since we were staying for several days, we thought we'd at least save on one meal. Unfortunately, breakfast was toast, bagels, coffee, juice and boiled eggs. This is not our idea of breakfast so we ended up having to go out and spend on breakfast. Also, the staff member supervising the breakfast room was in stark contrast to all the other staff members we encountered. She was on her phone, with her foot up on the desk and leaning back. This demeanor is one of not caring for her role or the customers, she was not professional. However, every other staff member we encountered, from the check in clerk, cleaning crew, and check out clerk, were professional and helpful.

Great cheap option for seeing Napa.

Beds weren’t super comfy, breakfast was a bit sparse.

The fact that I had to put 200 dollars cash deposit for a room that was worse than a motel 6 and we didn't have cable or internet

Close to restaurants and shops. Cozy and good for a night stay.

Close to the freeway, can be noisy at times. Pool isn’t clean. The room I stayed in has no closet, only hangers. The rooms are clean but dont smell good. The shower is hard to turn on.

It was very clean , parking was ok

Past a certain time, u have to check in outside ,just have to watch ur back because you never know who or what is behind you...

I like the location and the staffs.

Only the pool has dried leaves and the rest are excellent.

Coffee in room, I'm handicap and they fulfilled my needs. Great restaurant next door

TV is a little strange, slow to setup.

toilet leaking , beds were not comfortable with springs digging into my back, awkward to get to room with cars or workman trucks blocking stairs., no weather stripping around door so you could easily see through the gaps,constant police patrols around the car park made us feel that the area was not safe. Staff didn’t care that we had to leave.

Convenient to Paradise Valley Golf course.

Room was just okay, a bit noisy, a bit "worn".

convenient location close to the freeway. There is a Starbucks and Texas Roadhouse next to the motel. The outside looks like it was an old motel 6 but inside the room was very clean and comfortable enough.

There were a few questionable people wondering around. I assumed they were staying there. they didn’t bother anyone but I just made sure to lock everything up.
