price and nice staff

Well, the room wasn't cleaned at all. The bed comforter seemed to have blue stains on one of the beds and dirt all around. Black marks all over the curtain and shower tub. My daughter found a knife under one of the chairs "kitchen knife" the dryer broke and we couldn't get clean towels on the 2nd day. None of the pillows had pillow covers. The pool wasn't ever cleaned. I had to clean it to use. We figured out why it was so dirty due to the pumps not being run for the pool.

The location was probably the best thing about this hotel.

No pool access. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Safety issue while at hotel with our community youth. Strange man was going in and out of the hotel, watching our group closely, and had back door propped open with a rock to be able to go back and forth. All of our six rooms were tampered with and someone was trying to force themselves into each of them. Scared our kids and adult chaperones. Hotel staff tried blaming us for not telling the truth and didn’t want to take accountability for their poorly ran hotel. Also, the breakfast was awful—cereal and toast! Not what was advertised on the website. This place needs help and better management. This is a struggle La Quinta. Beware.

Proximity to freeway, food, and shopping. Staff seemed friendly.

Room was dirty. Towels were stained. Walls had splatter marks from another guest. Parking was limited and there was no access from the back of the property where we had to park most nights.

NOTHING!!! Other than the manager giving me a full refund!

I wish there were enough words to describe this place. I might as well would've stayed at a hotel; 6. I have stayed at La Quintas before and this was a Motel 6 or Red Roof with a La Quinta Logo. it says no smoking sign outside but we switched to three different rooms and it smelled like there were cigarette parties in each one. our last room had Human Feces still under and on the side of the toilet seat. The Bathroom curtains were stained. The walls in the bathroom tub/shower had hair stuck to the walls. The bathroom looked like was not cleaned after the last guest. The carpet had white hair all over, there were toenail clippings and cigarette buds on the corners of the room. All the pillowcases had hair on them even the ones we got new from guest services. The towels were stained yellow and the new ones as well. The manager was very sweet and helpful unfortunately his staff does not reflect him well. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place should not be rated 3 on booking more like a -1000 worse experience I had in my life.

We arrived (the lobby door did not automatically open, the clerk says it "acts like that sometimes") around 10p checked into our room. Went next door to Denny's and when we returned the card did not work at the lobby door nor did the door open automatically. Woke up the day morning (Thursday) went to the lobby for our free breakfast only to find out they "changed management" and the new management does not have breakfast (the equipment was still in the room but the only breakfast items available were grape and apple juice). One of the reasons for choosing La Quinta was the breakfast because we only slept there overnight before going to the Meritage Resort. We checked in around 10 and left immediately following breakfast (that we didn't get) that started at 8:30.

I've stayed her before and the reason I came back because of the staffs; housekeeper and the breakfast. Everybody are so welcoming, making sure I am happy with my stayed and room; so clean.... Thank you so much to make me feel like family -:)

I still don't know what floor is the ice makers.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The waffle maker was a wonderful treat.

The fact that the doors were locked at 8 pm every night was somewhat bothersome.

The people working the desk was amazing. She went out of her way for us.

I could not figure out the spa, but that was on me.

the breakfast was OK . The room was fairly clean and quite at night.

None of night table lamps worked though. We ended up moving bed a little in order to connect one table lamp to the power outlet. I wish they had a microwave at breakfast, in order for someone like me be able to warm milk or eggs. or cereals.

No one cleaned the room the entire time I was there due to Covid.

Hotel over charged me. Said debit card was rejected when In fact it was charged 234.00. says provide CC which I did then they charged a additional 100 on that for total of 334 buck for one night. Says will be be returned after check out that's a lie. Still nothing posted very disappointed 😞.
