Location, restaurant on site was excellent, large rooms with new carpets, comfortable bed, lovely soaps/shampoos.

No glassware in room or breakfast area. Paper cups do not replace glass. For the price of the room this is a real miss.

Il n'y avait par de verre dans la chambre à lexception des verres de carton pour le café.

Personnel très attentif et sympathique. Petit déj pas mal et piscine chauffée parfait pour les enfants.

Les oreillets ne sont pas du tout confortables. Porte de toilette coulissante zéro intimité surtout avec les enfants. Climatisation trop bruyante et difficile à régler.

Un bel hôtel très confortable avec un personnel très sympathique. Je fais une mention particulière au personnel de la réception qui a été très gentil avec nos demandes.

Peu d'options saines pour le petit-déjeuner, une seule option de protéines et deux options de fruits, même si je tiens à souligner qu'il y avait un panier de pommes disponible à tout moment à la réception, très bien pour cela.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien avec un service chaud et froid. Bonne nourriture qui varie à chaque jour pour le chaud. Nous avons passez 4 jours et cela était toujours très bien. Accueil souriant et très poli. Comparer à bien d'autres établissements du même genre c'est bien supérieur en terme de qualité et d'offre. C'est propre et accueillant. Une note personnelle pour Mathieu à l'accueil; ce Monsieur est courtois, à l'écoute de nos demandes et a été prévoyant envers nous. Merci

Je l'ai mentionné à la réception de l'hôtel. Nous comprenons que tout ne peut pas être parfait. Toutefois, nous sommes aux environs de Québec la capitale de la langue française en Amérique. Nous déplorons le très peu de postes francophones télé affichés dans notre chambre. Environ 4 à 5 postes seulement sur plus de 40. Comment peut-on protéger notre langue française en agissant ainsi? Sans cela, j'aurais mis un 10 à ma note d'appréciations.

I enjoyed the clean and calm environment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the team who were working were so nice and friendly! The room was spacious and peaceful.

It would have been nice to have some extra towels in the room and more supply of Kleenex as the box in our room was empty.

It was a great location for travelling from New Brunswick to Ontario and just of the highway

No curtains , there was net curtains but no curtains to stop the morning light coming into the room

Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious. Breakfast was hot and very good. It was also nice to have the restaurant attached to the hotel to go to for dinner when we arrived!

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable but the other one was fine!

Le Gym et la grandeur des chambres

Pas de chargeur pour voiture électriques. Il n’y avait qu’un chargeur Tesla pour des Teslas. Le personnel invite les clients à charger dans les stations circuit électrique qui se trouvent à proximité. Fausse publicité d’indiquer que le hôtel est muni de chargeurs électriques quand c’est seulement pour les Tesla

Enjoyed the proximity to the highway and local stores nearby. Great to have restaurants on site though we did not try them this time. Great hot breakfast in the morning and was not too hectic.

Very squeaky bathroom door. Also significant cool air coming under the entrance door which was uncomfortable as the sofa was right next to the door. Wish there was a soaker tub! Pool appeared super cloudy with strong chlorine scent so we did not use it.

I was driving from the GTA to Fredericton, NB and from the reviews looked like a great place to stay. I was traveling solo and had my small dog with me. The property seems relatively new and has a lot of grassy areas near by which was great for taking the dog out for walks after a long drive. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive! I also felt very safe at the hotel and surrounding area as a solo female traveller. It was perfect for my purpose of sleeping and then leaving early the next day. I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast but it smelled delicious!

The beds were comfy and breakfast was good.
