Great pools, beach access, close covered pavilion for loading and unloading luggage by elevators. My family LOVED our stay at Seascapes, we’ll be back.
So we kinda feel we were lied to or severely misled possibly by owner or booking agent. We booked thru Booking.com listing 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, then after our transaction cleared (money taken), nonrefundable, we were directed to download a separate app, Vacasa, to proceed with our reservation. In Vacasa we discovered the correct listing, our unit was in fact only 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom. When I addressed this they stated their Vacasa listing was correct then asked if there was “anything else” they could address. We loved Seascapes, but will never book or recommend 1506. Severely disappointed.

It’s close to the beach but off just a little for a little added privacy. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four that includes two teenagers.
The elevators get bogged down with so many flights and guests.

Love the condo, love the view everyone was so friendly and nice
I wouldn't say that l didn't like anything, but the bed was a little to soft, there wasn't enough of pan to cook with and l think complimental coffee would have been nice for a couple of mornings. lf l had to rent their again, l would definitely do it again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was very clean and spacious. It was also very close to the beach which was great. The restaurant below was also a great touch and great food. The pools we very big and great for families.
The coffee machine needed a upgrade. The laundry machine was really loud especially in the middle of the night.

The elevators didn’t work good at all. Sometimes they wouldn’t go at all. Next time they would take off almost before you hit the button. Doors closed to quick and no sensor to stop the doors from closing.

Pros: The location was perfect for our stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from our place and you could see it from the balcony. I love the fact that they had the luggage troley and cart to help getting our belongings with one trip. Parking was plenty.
I love that there were 2 pools. The kids enjoyed the pool after they swam at the beach. The washer worked great. The dryer was a bit loud. There were plenty of seating on the balcony. We had a beautify view of the beach and the moon at night. Love that there were 3 full bathrooms and we never ran out of hot water.
Cons: There weren't enough towels. There were only 2 towels. Make sure you bring a bath towel along with a seperate beach towel. The Full size bunk bed was very squeaky according to the kids and not that comfortable.

The location was perfect. The beach acces was a walk away. The view was spectacular every morning and evening. 😎 We had an issue with the door code but they were able to resolve it in less than 5 min. Great service all the way around!

The unit needs cleaned thoroughly. Our feet were black from the floors - the bunk bed steps were filthy- the bed mattress protectors and covers were all stained as well as the pillows. The pull out couch is not fit to sleep on- as well as the bunk beds- the mattresses for these are worn down and need replaced. All the linens need to be replaced as well. The glass on the table beside the master bed was cracked/broken. There was a dirty fork in the drawer. The curtains in the master bedroom are also falling down. It definitely needs some

The pictures did not do any justice until we actually got into the condo. It was amazing very spacious cleanliness excited that really didn’t need any appliances or toiletry things because everything was stock properly and easy access. turn right our most satisfaction was able to walk out on the balcony and look at the beach. The view was amazing and also being able to cook and have everything right at your fingertips.
One thing that I can recommend is the condo is an old smell, so to freshen up with some sprays or plug-ins would be great.

Loved the location of the property very easy to find everything! We had everything we needed! My favorite was the view and the big bath tub!
The only thing we didn’t like was it was a little dirty. When I say dirty I mean I found a piece of cereal next to the bed and then when we unfolded the pull out couch we found a used medicine syringe. Also Stains on bedsheets, but since there was a washer I was able to wash them!

It was close to the beach. Close to entertainment. The restaurant the Cabana Cafe was attached to Ariel Dunes 1 and 2,good food and drinks.
The room was very roomy over looking out to the ocean.
There were not any heavier blankets for the beds or the pulled out couch. That would be very
nice if added.

I liked the location being close by the beach, restaurants, and shopping center. We could basisly walk anywhere we wanted without traveling a far distance.
The only complaint we had was the odor of the room.

The, location in proximity to the beach, the pools were nice and clean we had no problem finding parking. There were plenty of amenities provided, we had a wonderful stay.
