The accommodations for my service, dog, and myself were above and beyond. The company was very military Friendly.

The restaurant that is part of the company is not military friendly. One time they give you discount. Then they don't they say they only give pilots discounts.. And when I eat breakfast there. The food was good, but the tables were dirty and sticky. And I watched as several staff members never clean the tables..

room was good size but i was hoping for a room on a higher floor didnt eat at the hotel bed was very comfortable

when i checked in i had to carry 4 heavy suitcases myself to the room as there was no one around the lady who checked me in gave me a room on a low floor with an awful view inspite of my booking in advance and hoping to get a room with a view since i was staying for a week

Room was great, Breakfast was good. Restuarant even though big , was looking small for number of guest it was hosting.

It was ok. The breakfast dining area was nice.

I didn’t appreciate the older man that checked us in he’s was extremely rude and very unprofessional in my years of staying at different hotels I have never experienced that type of behavior. he certainly shouldn’t be working in hospitality or with people for that nature. my girlfriend and myself felt discriminated to say the least. He also kept trying to argue with me instead of trying to defuse a bad situation. Unacceptable to say the least !! He definitely needs better training!!!

Was expensive… 400+ dollars for 1 night +35 to park

Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed and good drawer and hanging wardrobe storage space. Good lighting and good air con. Good sized clean bathroom and over bath shower, though bath tub shallow and not suitable for a good relaxing soak. The hotel was in a great convenient location, easy short 2 min walk to both the Path and the Light Rail network. Giving 20 minute access to New York city and up and down the Jersey City neighbourhood respectively. 3 minute walk to Hudson shorelione with spectacular City Views of New York skyline.

The bath tub was too shallow

It was my daughter's birthday, and they went above and beyond for her. They are very friendly. The view from the room was just beautiful.
