Toca pagar parqueadero, aunque queda seguro. Es mejor que lo cobren dentro del pago del hotel y ya, para un tema de practicidad. La verdad no tuve inconvenientes

The room is very spacious and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Very helpful as well. The hotel is good for families traveling together.

A bit pricey for a 2-star hotel.

Grand appartement familial avec une chambre séparée du canapé-lit du salon bien équipé et propre. Cuisine pratique pour se faire à manger avec grand frigo, 2 plaques et micro onde. Emplacement à 10 min à pieds des stations Exchange place ou Newport du Path qui sont à 10 min de la station de métro World Trade Center. Emplacement pratique pour rayonner facilement sur Manhattan.Whole food Market à 5 min et grand mall à 5 min.

Obwohl mit drei Personen gebucht war das Sofa nicht bezogen und auch Wäsche musste erst angefordert werden.

Great room, safe area.easy access to Manhattan via PATH and subways. The room was clean and comfortable and looked freshly renovated. Everything we needed in our room. Great amenities near by, cafes restaurants, groceries all a short walk away. Play park at the water front for small children. Staff were generally friendly even if a little robotic at times. Early checkin was available as was luggage storage, no free late checkout.

The dog barking two rooms down :( everytime the light rail went past. Thin walls, with little sound proofing, can hear TV next door and people talking. The light rail outside the window, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Were informed no room refresh for our 4 night stay. No view of Manhatten at all, despite the photos implying same....ypu will need a more expensive room if you want this. We had a deluxe queen studio and that wasn't cheap. Would have had to pay by hour for late check out, (expensive at 75USD per hour), so opted just to store luggage!

Emplacement parfait, au calme, tout proche de la promenade en bord de l'Hudson, et à proximité de 2 lignes différentes de PATH pour un accès facile et rapide à Manhattan. La chambre était correcte, assez spacieuse, les lits très bons, et surtout le personnel très serviable et arrangeant (modification de durée de séjour au dernier moment, possibilité de laisser les valises à la réception après checkout, renseignement divers sur les alentours, les transports etc.)

L'équipement de la chambre pourrait être amélioré (à l'arrivée il n'y avait pas assez de draps/serviettes pour 4, l'équipement en vaisselle est tout juste suffisant pour manger, et insuffisant pour cuisiner un peu au delà de réchauffer un plat). Dommage aussi de ne pas savoir à la réservation que la chambre était au rez-de-chaussée (un peu de bruit de la rue, heureusement l'environnement est globalement très calme).

Nice spacious suite, not too far from the PATH. Rooms come equipped with stove and fridge.

Our room, and many of the rooms at this hotel, are right beside light rail tracks, which were quite loud and ran at all hours. This would have been nice to know before booking.

Bed was comfy and hotel smelled good as it was recently refurbished.

No pool or spas

The room was clean and cozy. It had fully-equipped kitchenette. Woman on reception was friendly.

Booked a room for a night amid thunderstorm and therefore really high demand in that region - so the price was tripled in comparison with ordinary prices of advance booking. Therefore value for money for us was not good. The room was simple, maybe somewhat outdated, the door to the bathroom was really hard to open/close. Anyway thanks for hosting us.

Tout était parfait pour ce qu'on avait de besoin! Tout fonctionnait parfaitement et le personnel était vraiment gentil! Ils sont toujours prêt à nous aider et nous servir au besoin. Si nous devons retourner à New York, nous reviendrons sans hésitation à cette hôtel du New Jersey! Le Path, qui est le métro entre le New Jersey et New York, est à proximité et c'est parfait pour le déplacement!

Le seul et unique point négatif, s'il faut en dire un, est la pression de l'eau de la douche qui n'était pas fort. Mais sincèrement, ce n'est vraiment pas grave.

Je souhaite recommander cet établissements, il est super bien placé et la vue sur Manhattan est juste exceptionnel à 10 min de marche de deux path vous êtes à 4 min du WTC, je souhaite remercier spécialement Georginio Louis qui est à l’accueil il est vraiment exceptionnel, il vous aide trouve des solutions il est à l’écoute franchement bravo et merci

Great location near Hudson River & close to Exchange Place PATH station into NYC. On site free laundry facilities. Kitchen somewhat equipped with MW, dishwasher, cooktop, some pots, pans.

Indifferent staff. Light rail line runs right behind property with trains running until 1am, starting again about 5am. Very noisy on south side of building especially since hotel windows are cheap, single pane. We had trouble getting a good nights sleep. Renovation work ongoing in hotel during stay. Can’t check out until all baggage out of room……then you have to wait since only 1 person on desk. No room service or cleaning during our stay of 3 nights. Overpriced!

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was still under renovation in September although we were told they would only last till August. The location is OK, and the staff was nice but overall coming from a European Country and being sold this as a Hotel, we were really disappointed. Vending machines are in the entrance area, not a common area at all. To get to the elevator one needs to walk past hotel rooms. The rooms were run down and in our corridor in the 5th floor it smelled like smoke. Never again! This is not a Hotel, this is a short term apartment complex with no charm.

Could not get parking do to construction. Going on in the hotel and had to use the side door to get in. lobby was closed down and could not get good service had to wait at least an hour to park at night

We were in a family studio suitable for 4. Decent size of living room and bedroom, nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. Comfy double bed and (surprise!) sofa bed. Kitchenette with all needed utensils (with an option to borrow missing items from the reception). Good value for money, considering NYC conditions. Nice, quiet and modern surroundings, with some shops (like CVS) and food places around. Easy walk access to a local train (LightRail) and to transfer options to NYC - PATH/rail or ferry. Ca 20 min. total transfer time to lower Manhattan/WTC, or 30-40 min. to 33rd St., both with the extra bonus of wonderful Manhattan panorama. Overall, good place to stay in a friendly and quiet environment, yet be able to discover NYC/Manhattan attractions. During our stay the reception was relocated to a side entry to allow major ground floor redecoration. Hotel was honest about these works and inconvenience, we received a message with warning and explanations.
