Barely ate any breakfast, not overly impressed and not a breakfast person. Anything we needed however was taken care of by staff- very friendly. Planning a trip back next year, would definitely make this my hotel choice again!

Had issues with the TV. Wouldn't turn on, batteries were changed, got it on, wouldn't turn off, had to unplug it. Only wanted it for the last night there, so, no huge deal.

Good location, not far from the ferry dock. Hot breakfast was very good, had lots of options. Overall clean environment. Lots of bathroom amenities. Front desk team was very helpful. 24hrs coffee station was available, Overall very good experience.

Clean close to the island with shuttle service, also we got to buy Shepler’s ferry tickets at the hotel. Liked the extra towels and soap dispensers in the shower.

Breakfast needed more choices. Donuts would have been a plus.

The gym did not have weights in it. The breakfast felt a bit monotonous. I was not allowed to fill water into my bottle from the dispenser. The carpet in my room had a smell in it.

The hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and a good size, not too small like some places.

Very low toilet seats like they belong in a daycare center these were so low they were difficult to get up from and to sit down on With crowded breakfast area with limited selection.

Everything met our satisfaction except breakfast. The offering was minimal for the room cost, and certain items kept running out… pancake batter, bread…

I think for the price you pay to sleep in the room, breakfast offered should be worth wanting to stay for. This wasn’t!
