There was no absolutely nothing i or my friends liked. No breakfast service and in room coffee may have been expired there is not 1 thing offered and the advertised room that was in the shack shed nasty room I was in. Between the smell of mold, dirty covers and nasty tub, curtains and floor I'm sure the health department would close this place. Absolutely the nastiest place I have ever stayed. The guy at front desk was so high from smoking weed he didn't even realize I had a room.

The entire experience was a bait and switch and rooms advertised are not what you actually get. Entire experience was a shit show. The nice cabin is all you see when you book. The shed in orange is what you actually get and the room was so small the chair, frig, coffee pit were in the "hot tub" room. Where you can see the water coming out was yellow and gross like the green pool that wasn't usable. For 200 a night this is a no for me... waste of money for sure and false advertising for room and amenities avaliable as thete are none

I didntblike that when we booked it the picture the show is the cabins but when we went there in reality was like an apartment. The linens had stains, the bathtub could of use a good cleaning and the outside pool wasn't working. It was outdated and when you go to check in the lobby is loud and everyone is talking at the same time but overall the staff was nice and helpful when we needed something like towels, clean linens and information about the Island.

We were very unhappy. This place was filthy and the advertising is misleading. Our bathroom door to our room didn’t shut. Maintenance came and looked and said he couldn’t do anything since it would require the whole frame to be ripped up. The room was dirty. There were metal pieces on the sides of the bed which were a hazard for the kids. The private beach was a bit of a walk and is actually in front of a different hotel. I never saw a game room or signs for it. The water park was dirty. The lights outside at night didn’t work. We swapped rooms at 11pm because of the bathroom door and the room we moved to was filthy, mold growing on the ceiling over the bed, bodily fluids on everything, mildew all over the shower curtain. This place was GROSS. I also thought I had booked a cabin but apparently did not. Another family was also trying to switch rooms late at night like us and said that they also thought they had booked a cabin. The listing is very misleading. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and changed the tone for the trip. We ended up back in the room with the bathroom door that didn’t shut. But seriously, this place was truly disgusting. We wanted a refund. If we could have, we would have packed our things the first night and left but I had paid for that stay with what little money I have to try to give my children a small vacation. Everything about this place was terrible, except for being able to walk to the shops.

Employees were friendly and helpful.

Facilities were poorly maintained. Tub looked dirty, toilet paper holder was broken, there were no towel bars or places to hang towels in the bathroom. Toilet shook when sat upon. Blankets on beds were thin, with no extra blankets in the room. (However, staff kindly brought me an extra blanket when I called.) Pool water was very dirty—so cloudy that I couldn’t see the bottom of the 3-foot deep pool. My daughter got a GI bug while we’re were staying there, and I believe it was from the pool.

It was quite, dark

Place needed maintenance, several window locks were broken, lamp switch broken and fridge not clean.

We had 1 night were a beverage that we had sitting outside so it stayed cold came up missing. It was the only time that had ever happened to us
