Microwave didn’t work

The beach was nice with fire rings, swings to sit in and lots of chairs. The room was cozy, clean and was a cute cabin cottage. The location was great for all we wanted to do and see. Martin was so helpful and friendly and kind. We will definitely come back.

The bed was a little hard, but all in all was fine. Would be nice to have a couple of extra hooks for jackets & bathroom towels.

Room….Martin was great. We booked at the end of season. Martin upgraded us to a bigger, newer cabin…no charge. We were looking for firewood to have bonfire. We couldn’t find any. Martin gave us a couple of bundles…no charge. Martin was very helpful! Location…Great place!

Ok…this is really being nit picky…but a real coffee mug in the wooden cabins would have been great. Otherwise…there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The place was great!!

we love that we are right on the water. its a very quiet place to stay. our kids love the beach and basketball hoop and indoor pool. rooms are cozy. we like 24/25. it was more spacious for us. bathrooms are new and updated.

beds are a little bit hard. but not too bad. pool area is a little old. but always feels clean.

The private connected beach was nice. We had a perfect view of the Mackinac Bridge fireworks and the bridge itself at night. There were some fire pits and picnic tables on the beach.

Everything was nearly perfect. The water in the pool was a little cooler than we liked but not so bad that you couldn't swim.

it was a quaint little cottage by the lake !

it really needed a shelf above the sink … not complaining but while getting ready in the morning I had to lay a towel across the sink to put my hair things and curling iron on .

it was a good jumping off point for a trip to Mackinac Island and a day drive to the UP.

Great Location in front of the beach! The Manager (Martin) of the property was really kind and gave us some helpful tips to have a great experience in Mackinaw City. Definitely will get back to this place again!

The location to Mackinaw City and Mackinaw island is great. Cabins are super cute and right on the beach. Definitely would recommend for someone looking for a little more than just a hotel room.

Great location right on the beach with a view of Mackinac Island. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The kids loved the fire pits in the evening. Also, there are disposable plates, bowls, and plastic ware for any meals you choose to eat in your room. Every room has a microwave and mini fridge. We will stay here again next time we visit the area.

The location was amazing and the cabin was beautiful! Very clean cabin and the staff was amazing!!

It was all around a great stay!! Nothing we did not like! We would definitely come back again and recommend this place to friends and family!

The manager upgraded our group from the single Queen cabins to the double Queen cabins, which included kitchenettes. Having stayed at traditional hotel up the road a couple years ago, the cabins gave a more up north feeling. The manager was very friendly and informational.

The cabins are great for the price point in this area. One of our beds was a bit firm, the other was a bit soft.

Our cabin door opened to the beach. We were about 20 yards from the water which was BEAUTIFUL.

The furniture was getting older and showing it’s age but everything was clean. Some of the cabin windows were old time wood windows that sometimes stuck and were a little difficult to open and close, but they were in working order.

The location was great on the beach and close to downtown. Also very clean.

The buildings are old and worn. Need updated. Windows and doors all need updated. Also I was told that they overbooked all year long. Then, when the season opens they call and cancel people so you now don't have a place to stay. So then they offer you their hotels and such to stay at that may not have the same accommodations and options you wanted. While staying there a Google popped up on my phone about a lawsuit that many of the places there in Mackinaw lost because of this practice.

Location, renovated cabins, quiet pool, exclusive beach, visible friendly staff, discount ferry tickets

The beach could have been cleaned/raked more but the exclusivity made up for it and my kids loved it
