Drug deals in the parking lot. Shady people milling about. Dogs allowed to pee on the upper landings. Elevator didn’t work. Threatened by a guest. Accused us of trying hit her car.

The bed was good

Upon arrival, one of us really needed to go to the toilet (stomach flu). Despite indicating how urgent the need was, there was no possibility to use a toilet. The receptionist was anything but hospitable and helpful and also unnecessarily slow. Many unsavory things seem to happen in the vicinity of the hotel and in the parking lot, both during the day and in the evening and at night. There is a lot of noise pollution. The room itself was ok, not fantastic, but the bed was very nice. We stayed 1 night because of a concert in KIA forum and an early flight from LAX next morning. It is sufficient for that purpose, otherwise I would stay very far away from here.

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

I booked a room with a microwave and fridge. The microwave was located in the lobby for use until 10pm. So to use the microwave, I would have to go outside in the rain to warm food and did not use it because it was dirty. This was not stated when reading the amenities, or else I wouldn't have chosen this place. Also, the phone in the room didn't work. The TV had no working remote. They kept giving me batteries and another remote none which never worked, had to manually sand there and flick thru the channels, not relaxing at all!

Location was great.

Room floor was filthy. Stayed for two night and the room towels were not replaced with clean ones. I had to go down to the office to get clean towels for the second night. The room was against the street and very noisy with traffic and police and ambulance sirens through the night.

The area is very unsafe, the front desk is behind plexiglass and in the rooms it has a sign telling you to dead bolt the door for your safety!

Front desk gave us a time to check in. Lee waited in parking lot for 2 hrs and watched her check in at least 5 rooms. When I went back at agreed upon time, she had no rooms ready and we had to wait until 3. She said all the previous rooms had called to check in early. We showed up and asked She was so rude and obviously lying that i cxld our room and we drove back to PHX that night. They did charge us to park our car there for the game even tho we planned on staying at first. That’s when we decided to leave. Never again

They were sold out and said my payment was declined. My reservation was canceled supposedly. I was turned away with no apology.

I could keep my dogs without an additional charge and I did not have to pay for parking.

The room was good, the door was too hard to open. I stayed In two different rooms and the TVs did not work. I had to be without TV for the night until the next day.

The room smelled terrible mostly from smoking but bathroom had a nauseating smell. Shower floor was so dirty, I would not take a shower in it. The noise level from the street was so loud, I thought the windows were open. Thumping noise from above kept me awake. In the morning, I was greeted by a tiny cockroach while brushing my teeth. However, I had family staying in another room, which was not nearly as bad.

That check out is 11 a.m lol. I wish it were longer so I can really feel at home.

The room appeared clean but then the next morning we discovered that there were bed bed bugs and that they had gotten into our clothes. We did not receive a refund for the room and were extremely disappointed.

I drove 700 miles and stayed here to get 1-night’s rest and got 4 hours. I was better off in my car’s backseat. Rooms are non-smoking yet it smells like smoke and people are smoking in and out of their rooms. The handyman of the property slammed his door into my door causing a dent, scratches and paint was removed. He had available parking elsewhere however he felt the need to park next to me. People are running around at various times from 8 pm to 6 am and staff did nothing about it despite calling. Even though checkout is 11 am, the cleaning ladies make a ruckus and knock on doors at 8 am so you have to leave. The floor has Jaír of human and pets. It never gets mopped or cleaned. Manager was extremely rude asking to go in person to confront her about the worker that slammed his door into mine. I have voice memos recordings of the manager and worker. I have filed a police report and took pictures. There is a current insurance claim against the employee that coincidently has no insurance.

It was the worst experience ever security guards are horrible customer service was worst!!

Room was clean and quite large. It smelled as if it had just been cleaned. Fridge stayed cold, AC worked like a charm. Uber to the airport was only $13 and to the Forum where I was attending a concert was only $7. Plenty of pillows. Check in and out were efficient. Staff were all kind, helpful, and polite. Had no problem getting food and grocery deliveries. Most of the parking is covered.

Access to the microwave in the lobby was limited to daylight hours. Many people might be uncomfortable with the area surrounding.
