I loved how welcoming the women at the service desk was. She answered all of my questions and treated me better than ordinary. Additionally, she was super nice enough to let me leave my backpack there while I was at a concert venue for most of the day and when I came back I was so dehydrated she offered me a bottle of water. This Peruvian woman really was a one of a kind and very sweet. She does a lot for the hotel.

Something I didn't like was the pungent smell of cigarettes and smoke in the room. It was very strong to the point that I had a very hard time going to sleep and breathing normally. Other than the smell, the room was clean and spacious. Secondly, I think that booking.com needs to take away the luggage storage and water that is apparently offered at this hotel. I asked the women at the service desk if the luggage storage amenity was offered, and she had said they didn't. However, she was nice enough to allow me to leave my stuff in her office. Secondly, nowhere in the room was water offered or available; once again, like it said on booking.com. I guess you have to ask for it at the service desk, I'm not sure if it costs or not, but I just hope booking.com takes it away or if you plan on staying here call ahead just to confirm the amenities that are offered.
