Personale poco disponibile. Bagno: 1 solo flaconcino di sapone per 4 persone ! Difficile trovare ristoranti nei paraggi.

Decent location

It was under construction by the time stayed. When we first checked in they gave us not cleaned room and we had to go back to the reception to change our room, it felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable because we didn’t know when they would mix up the room and someone else is going to walk in in any minute to our room. The reason I booked this hotel was it was close to the airport, had good reviews and a breakfast in the morning and I payed extra for that to stay here. Breakfast in the morning wow the breakfast they gave us was mini apple juice with a mini water and an apple. How is that breakfast?? So so so disappointed had high expectations. Also i got bit by something on my toes too. Don’t know what?

La posizione comoda all’aeroporto e per accedere alla città in auto. Camera comoda, pulita, ristrutturata da poco. A disposizione frigo, microonde, macchina del caffè e ferro da stiro. Parcheggio in loco (il costo è alto, ma in linea con gli altri)

L’hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi la hall era inesistente, nessun’area comune disponibile. Sarebbe stato più corretto segnalarlo prima della prenotazione. La colazione era da asporto, ovvero un sacchetto distribuito alla reception con un muffin, un succo e una bottiglia d’acqua.

Me gusto que fue comodo

No me gustó que ellos ofrecían desayuno y al final solo nos dieron un cup cake y una manzana. También nos cobraron 45$ por noche por estacionamiento y eso no lo decia cuando reservamos

Location.

Management need to change their shuttle company. Waited for 2 hrs to finally get picked up. I had to call the hotel 2x & anther shuttle driver called for them to pick me up. I told the hotel receptionist and he told me he received the same feedback and the manager is doing anything. Took Uber the next day. Not a pleasant driver.

Guest lounge in the parking garage and ports potty for restrooms. Hidden fees like $45 parking after paying to be a guest at the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t served.

No notice on the poorly managed renovations before hand

The building was under renovation and was in terrible condition. When we turned on the faucet in the bathroom, the water spurted for a while, and then it came out brown. The air conditioner was blasting, cold air and making lots of noise, and the off button on the air conditioning unit as well as on the thermostat didn’t work. The whole building was dingy and rundown, and the view out of our window was of dumpsters and rundown lots. On our way to the hotel from the airport, we waited for at least 45 minutes for a shuttle, because the first one passed us by. The second one nearly passed us by, too. I had to gesticulate wildly to get the driver to see us. Once we were on the shuttle, it took us another 45 minutes to get to the hotel, even though it’s very close to the airport, partly because there were so many stops, but also because the driver forgot to stop at the hotel! By the time we made it to the hotel, my 13-year-old son and I were totally exhausted and very hungry, and it was getting dark, so we didn’t feel comfortable looking for food in the rundown neighborhood. The hotel had no food available. We ended up eating the costs and going across the street to the Westin, where we had a much better experience. It was like night and day.

Close to the airport

No restaurant because builders were renovating it; The advertised pool was empty of water with broken down furniture around it; Car park was hard to find and access.

Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer war sehr schön, modern und sehr sauber.

Leider hat das Hotel mir keine Rechnung ausgestellt, weil sie meinten, dass Booking das machen würde. Booking sagte aber, dass es Hotelaufgabe ist. Nach mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen habe ich nach über einem Monat immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten. Das Frühstück fand ich nicht besonders und v.a. gab es viel zu wenig Toaster, so dass dort immer eine sehr lange Schlange war.

No funcionaban los elevadores un cobro extra de $ 58 me dijo el front desk que lo devolverían y no lo an hecho la verdad muy caro para mal servicio

the hotel itself was great! the staff was very kind and helpful in resolving an issue (that was likely on booking.com's system's behalf) and helped us sort out the rest of our stay in a positive light. many thanks to the staff that helped us through that! i wish you nothing but the best. ♥

there was a huge hiccup in the system (though again i think that could have been on booking.com's side) that charged me a couple hundred dollars every morning of my stay. technology happens, and sometimes not in the worst way, but this did not impact my stay at the hotel nor my view of the staff.

Nearness to airport

Was not very clean. Was under construction, and we were not advised. The pool was empty, and we planned on swimming. We were not given any discount on room rate even though pool and other amenities were not available.

Die Lage dicht am Flughafen mit Shuttle Service war super. Busstationen mit Anbindung an Metro war fußläufig zu erreichen, so konnten wir in den 5 Tagen alles ohne Mietwagen erreichen. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und für amerikanische Verhältnisse auch sehr ok.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, im Restaurant und Zimmermädchen hingegen schon. Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wurden gerade zwei Etagen renoviert. Man konnte leider kein Fenster öffnen, Belüftung nur über Klimaanlage die direkt neben dem Bett auf dem Boden steht. Auf den Shuttlebus in Richtung Flughafen ist nicht immer verlass, wenn zu viele Leute anstehen, wird das Hotel erst gar nicht angefahren, da am Holiday Inn nebenan zuerst eingestiegen wird. Beim Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, das es nur eingepacktes Plastikbesteck, Papteller und -Kaffeebecher gab.

Les chambres ont été refaites récemment. Le lit est très bon.

Le petit déjeuner est très minimaliste… il faut aimer la saucisse, les pommes de terre et les œufs brouillés, et le pain de mie…! Et c’est tout. Deux fois , nous n’avons pas pu monter dans la navette aéroport car complète, c’est très embêtant.

Les horaires de passage des navettes aéroport donnés par le personnel sont faux et très aléatoires. 45 minutes à attendre à l'aéroport c'est très long.

We liked the nice people and workers. We also liked the room and how nice the view was we saw planes go in to land every 10 minutes or so.

You can hear every street noice, person outside even on the 10th floor, as if they are outside your bedroom window.

Close to airport and free shuttle was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem - room air conditioner was very noisy. We turned it off so we could sleep

called the staff to bring extra towels and blankets to the room and never brought them had to wait on hold for 30 mins to ask again. also the handicapped bathtub was loose and hanging out of the wall. was not safe for me since i am handicap. also the bathtub floor was so slippery they only has a towel for me to put on floor

I do not recommend this hotel! We arrived to Los Angeles at 12.00.am with two children, we chose La Quinta Hotel because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle, but! shuttle just drove past without stopping at the airport pick up area while we were standing there. We waited for 40 minutes, and eventually took another shuttle (of the nearby hotel, then walked for 30 minutes (in LA, at night!). When we got to the hotel at 2.00am they told us that they gave our room to someone else (we booked a room with 2 queen beds) and that they can only give us a room with 1 king bed (for 4 people) or give us a refund. Of course, thank you! Where would we go at 2.00am with two children?! We had to sleep on one bed (2 adults and two children, one of which is a 13-years old teen). Staff was very rude and even told us that this is our fault that we arrived so late (though I specified in the booking that we we're coming late at night). Next day they gave us another room that we booked with 2 queen beds, but to be honest I have never seen such bad attitude to the guests. I would never return to this place and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They just don't care.

We stayed at the property to be near to the international airport. Our room was clean and linen fresh & clean. We made use of the shuttle service which was helpful. Breakfast was available 7-9am. Basic self serve but nice. The area outside may have been a bit dangerous at night but that was not the fault of the hotel. We dined in. Security was on the premises so we felt very safe.

Nothing

Th hotel itself was great! There was a larger group checking in at the same time but there as very little wait. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and very nice. Although the location on the outside seemed busy we did not get that feel in the room.

My only complaint is parking. Getting into the lot was difficult with the busy traffic of cars and people outside. It was unclear if there was security in the parking area it seems as though anyone could drive in. There was also confusion with leaving keys at the desk but also needing them to exit the garage.

The accommodation was clean and the room (at the rear) was quiet. The shower was excellent with an ample supply of hot water. The shuttle bus service worked well. Breakfast was OK, but very busy. There were queues, but supplies were replenished efficiently and no-one was left hungry. This is an excellent hotel for a stop over - I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
