No hot water. Room had signs of not being cleaned (no paper wrap on the toilet seat and toenail clippings on the carpet between the bed and the closet). Phone in room could not call front desk.

The grounds were dirty with trash around. First floor was dirty. Dog receptacle was very full and never emptied.

Well, first thing didnt like was that the water pressure was to strong, second,fan in bathroom didn't work and so steem was trapped In bathroom. Then the refrigerator, Lol.. When we went to our room, I right away put some water bottles and couple cans of soft drinks in refrigerator. Then after 2 to 3 hours decided to have something cold to drink. And all drinks were at room temperature. I checked temp settings, it was on hight and yes it was plugged in to wall outlet and you can hear it being on, but still didn't work. I was upset over these things. But did t call front desk to complain. We were tired and didn't want to experience something else being wrong in other rooms. I truly hope next person doesn't experience these things as we did. I've stayed at other La Quinta locations besides in fresno and never had any issues at all. This was first bad experience ever.... Next is breakfast.... I was hoping that breakfast could of been much more better than what I experienced at LA Quinta in Fresno CA. I mean, most places I've been at offer more than just waffle, cereal, apples, bannanas, milk, water and coffee. Other places offer same as above for breakfast, but also add potatoes, scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, yogurt, bagels, phili cream chesse, orange juice, apple juice. chair in room looked like someone had peed on it. plaster on wall notpainted elevator filthy. i paid alot too!

Breakfast was ok but bacon had no flavor. Coffee was good

Only 1 sheet on bed, was cold. No fan in bathroom. Outlets didn't work in bathroom. Hallways smelled. Far to much money for such a low rated room. Spa was cold.

By active railroad tracks. Bring earplugs or ask front desk for some. Got a good nights rest.

Sadly the Breakfast was horrible. We could not eat the eggs and the bacon was all fat. We had to eat elsewhere.

Staff was very unhelpful, hotel was loud

we stayed for on night on the way to Yosemite staff was helpful, we had to change the room and there was no problem with that

location is close to freeway but we had railroad next to our window with trains passing buy often

The staff and everything was great very helpful and polite

The queen suit was not the best the couch was in bad shape look like a cat clawed it up and the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like padded rocks

Love how clean it was and how big the rooms are . When we walked into our room on the bed was a note from our housecleaning Rosa very nice gesture.. will stay here again.

Our room claimed to have remodeled but the paint was unfinished, furniture was old and scratched up. Door was scratched up. The hallway carpet hadn't been vacuumed. I expected more quality staying here.
