Location only. The staff was friendly

Site was filthy, roaches in room, dog feces in staircase.

the location, amenity/kitchenette, AC is crisp cold, room was cleaner than my last time booking with them, I was on the 1st floor, parking (on the sides) has shade, good amount of outlets in room, good channels, front desk has great customer service, and it’s great value for the quality!

no cons at all this time. i see the progress & growth! glad to see changes. no issues with the room key this time either!

Chicken receptionist was great, but checking out receptionist not so great. She needs to work on her people skills no eye contact did not even say good morning.

Our stay was nice but they can benefit with a security guard since this place has a lot action at night

A/c kept turning off during the night also a lot of loud people roaming around the parking late at night

Room had a little kitchen

The lobby allows 1 guest to check in at a time, so I had to stay outside when the weather was extremely hot. Smokers were all over the building. Homeless people lay on the walkway, come close to us to ask for money. The bedspread had too many stains.

Roaches in the first room climbing on the walls roaches in the second room and the bathroom coming out of the piping not my idea of a good stay I don't like killing bugs and worrying about in my sleep that one is going to crawl on me.

If there were no roaches in the room I would have liked the place to seem to be very nice I just don't like roaches. And the fact that the other end of the hotel their people out there selling drugs not a good place.
