The room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant wasn’t open for lunch which was inconvenient.

Great location so close to airport. Air conditioning was excellent as weather was scorching hot.

Rooms were large

Pool was tiny and overrun with out of control children. Carpets in hallways were filthy. Showers were very large but there were no bathtub mats. Very slippery.

The room was nice and it was clean. I feel it was a bit overpriced for what it was but we mostly booked so our little guy could have a pool to play in which was quite adequate.

The staff were very helpful, on the website it said breakfast was included which it was not. I was not happy about that at all. It was very inconvenient for us. For that reason we will probably use a different hotel along with our family will as well. The kids like the pool and waterslide.

The site said breakfast was included it was not. I still have not received my deposit back. It should be returned right away. The pool hours should be extended with parent supervision I see no problem it being open later. There also needs to be more cream and sugar in the room for the morning coffee. You want your guest to have more then enough of the small amenities not to feel like they are staying at a cheap hotel. It doesn't cost that much, these are items that a guest will appreciate and keep them coming back, small extras make a big difference. I would rather stay somewhere I feel comfortable with a few extras then somewhere I can't even have a coffee in the morning. I'm not sure I will be back

Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. Enjoyed my time visiting.

The people were rude. I told them my driver would be there to pick me up at 630pm today I asked if I could pay for another night and check out when 630pm they told me no so then I went to the desk the next day and said I could do that. Finally they argued all night the night before I want a credit for all the Hassel I put up with

The location is just next to the airport and that's exactly what I needed. Free airport shuttle is a big plus. The room size was pretty decent and with beds.

The dinner menu had very limited options. This is not a huge deal but an area for improvement.

We had a flight early morning 7.00 and did not have option for breakfast. Shuttle was 20 min from hotel to airport because one extra drop off (we were advise that this might be the case).
