Never got breakfast so the B&B advertised is false. Your main door lock is faulty sometimes works and other times it doesn’t. I was willing to overlook the issue with the parking spot which by the way increased the costs. But not the condition of the room. Moreover; not enough toilet paper or soap or tea, coffee. I was hopping that I was going to be able to recommend to friends. I was wrong. The picture of the underwear was left under the bed probably from the last visitor. Washroom floor and room floor dirty, not to mention the condition of the shower’s floor. I would like some kind of compensation. I wonder if somebody visited this place prior to advertised on Booking. Com

the bathroom is really small. It is made inside the bedroom (and not for > XXL size) , but in such an old house still very functional. There is no parking (most of the houses do not own one) but the the owner recommended us a cheaper undrground parking 46.81385742421832, -71.2084933566572. So unload your baggage, and then park.

Not so clear that there are no meals and this is not a B and B, but simply a room in a house. How the check in works could be clearer.

The location was excellent for getting around to see the sites in Quebec City. Nice bathroom.

The room had such poor lighting. We had to move a floor lamp into the bathroom for adequate lighting. I think the light bulbs were 40 watt. It was surfaced clean but don’t look into the corners. The toilet kept running which was very annoying.

Breakfast wasn't provided. In our stay of 2 days, we didn't see any staff or cleaning person.

We picked a B&B as we thought it would be better than trying to find somewhere for breakfast. There were several reviews commenting on the good breakfast but it became obvious in the morning that there was none. When we messaged the contact we were informed that the had stopped doing breakfasts. Shame as it would have been great as a Bed and Breakfast

Location was fantastic. Can't beat it. The room was big enough for me and my family of 4 and we had a private washroom. Beds were very comfortable.

The mgmt company needs to update the information on booking.com. When you search for their establishment, it still shows that breakfast is provided when in fact it's not. Also, on my booking confirmation, it didn't indicate that breakfast was NOT included, although the establishment sent me a screen capture where it shows that breakfast isn't included, but I believe this is during the actual booking itself but not included in the confirmation email.

The location is close to all the main attractions in old Quebec City. Pretty much you can do your own walking tour from the B&B. The room is very well equipped for a short stay. The bed is very comfortable - firm and supportive at the same time. The air conditioner provides cooling on hot summer days. The room is charming with lots of old crown moldings, a fire place (probably just for decoration). The room size is generous for just the two of us. The price is totally unbeatable, given our stay is in the middle of August.

One area I'd like to mention is the cleaning is not as thorough as we would like. The shower stall has water marks. The corners and underneath the furniture are dusty, a sign that someone just hastily deals with the obvious places and moves on. Given the 5 hours between check out and check in (11am to 4pm), there is no reason to NOT spend the time and effort to clean the small room thoroughly. The shower controls aren't intuitive to operate. The A/C is beside our bed and quite noisy. One last details is there are two coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker but there is no tea pods (my wife is a tea drinker).

Location, location and location

Room was very dirty, under the night tables was never cleaned. TV not working. For the money we paid the room very dirty, you could see the dust on the air. Felt very uncomfortable to sleep in such condition specially when you have children with you.
