Very shady people all around, clearly a weekly rental type thing. Room was ok though.

it did say sorry for the mess because of renovations but overall the room was very filthy

Bathroom door wasn't wide enough for a walker or wheelchair. Also, the pillows were very tiny, not even regular sized.

2nd floor hall reeked of urine. 2nd night it also reeked of weed. When I mentioned the weed to staff the response was, "There really isn't much we can do about it." I can think of several things, starting with refusing to give a room to someone who smells like weed. That odor clings and is unmistakable. Or you could call the police...usually the roaches will scatter when the police arrive. Laundry room had overflowing trash. Washer wouldn't work. Ended up going to an independent laundromat. Room heater had broken vent and was extremely noisy. Bathroom in serious need of upgrade. USB and power outlets at bedside didn't work. Minimal lighting. Overall, overpriced for quality of facilities.
