Servicio de front desk, especialmente de Kyle Martinez, fue excelente.
En el tercer día encontramos una cucaracha de n la cama debajo de la manta. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el aire acondicionado muy viejo, muy mal instalado y ruidoso. La ducha difícil de regular. Olor malo en el hotel y excesivamente refrigerados los espacios comunes. La piscina con agua turbia, falta de mantenimiento, en el gimnasio había aparatos sucios.

The location is great, but beyond that I would not recommend staying here.
The staff. I personally believe that many of the staff working at this hotel need to be reminded as to which industry they’re working in. They simply do not understand the meaning of Hospitality! Everything…. And I mean EVERYTHING appears to be an inconvenience to them, and don’t even bother trying to engage with the front desk—they couldn’t care less. This is extremely poor considering they’re the first and last people you interact with at the hotel.

The location was fabulous for sightseeing. It was also close to great restaurants. We enjoyed the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed using the small pool with our kids!
The elevators were slow and only one set of call buttons could be used per floor. But I understand this is currently under renovation so will be a short-term issue!

The hot water in the shower was only warm and often cold, the air conditioner I had to turn off due to noise and smell

Very clean and polite staff
The location was awful. Homeless people everywhere. And smelt pot on the elevator when I thought there was no smoking. Also charged me for valet parking 4xs.....when we didn't do valet, we parked across the road, and we only stayed 2 night.....

be careful for unexpected additional charges. After booking my stay on booking.com, the hotel sends this message and adds (10% off Old Town Trolley tours, a daily Food credit of $10, $5 off the law Enforcement Museum ticket process and more). When I went to ask how I can avail the credit, the receptionist mentioned that Hyatt policy just adds that to cover for amenities like the pool and restaurants. Naturally this response was unusual so I sent a message to Hyatt corporate for a explanation but after 3 days, they still didn't bother to answer. And on of that they charge daily parking fees. So despite booking for three days at let's say $1000/- expect to pay an additional $400/- above that. If you want to get scammed visit the Hyatt. It felt like theft.

The location, the ease of access from the station.
There is no 24 hour room service/restaurant within the hotel for food. There are 4 coffee pods, 2 glasses, 2 sets of different sugars and just 2 creamers - It didn’t balance out & no stirrer.
blBreakfast was not included in the tarriff.
