Great location near the airport
After our flight getting cancelled last minute we needed a place to stay for 4 hours. There was a cockaroach in our room bathroom that we saw upon arrival. At this point we were in the room for 2 minutes. I had carefully pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs- none, went to the bathroom and saw the roach in the tub alive and moving around. Immediately left the room and told front desk. Guy didn’t even blink and said “here’s a room upgrade key”. Are we kidding? No thanks. Called to speak with manager bc we left and she said she was still charging me bc she had to fix the bed sheet LOL. Wtf! Can’t get in touch with anyone to get money back and booking hasn’t helped except for $13 account credit. COOL!

Carpet seemed very dirty and smelly. Bedding was white and mostly clean but was lacking....old, thin.

Very comfy pillows. Real crockery and cutlery at breakfast. The only hotel we have stayed at in 3 road trips who have done this. Every other hasn't even recycled all the cups and plates and plastic.
Our room key cards only worked once. Had to get them reset every time we left the room. We were given the master key for a time (good job we are honest as we could have entered anyone's room!)
Our room door was left ajar by housekeeping after changing towels. Luckily all our belongings were still.there after a day site seeing.
The Internet barely worked and the receptionist said it was our devices (we are on week 3 in.the US no issues anywhere else we have stayed)

Property could use an overhaul. Dehumidifiers all over the hallways which makes you wonder. Our door handle fell off after we got in the room and the room needed a good deep cleaning.

Convenient location for access to Interstate 40. Comfortable, attractive rooms with small refrigerators and microwave ovens.
My room had no semi translucent shades or curtains, only completely opaque drapes. Thus one could opt for either full sunshine or complete darkness.

It’s close to the airport so convenient, and has a few amenities nearby. Breakfast was ok, nothing very healthy. Room was relatively clean for it was. Staff were really friendly and helpful
The ground floor rooms don’t have blinds or secondary curtains so you have to leave the room curtains drawn as any passers by can see straight into the bedroom. The rooms are pretty dated and need a good lick of paint, bathrooms need an upgrade as well, lots of mouldy corners and rusty fittings. Aircon unit in the room is pretty noisy as well so had to switch it off at night.

The staff was very nice.
The hotel smelled. Our room smelled. The whole second floor smelled. There were dehumidifiers in the hallway which made us think maybe there was a leak. It was not in the best location. The carpet in the room was very outdated.
The WiFi was horrible and did not work well.

I wasn’t able to use the mini fridge, it didn’t seem to have been defrosting properly. Which wasn’t a big deal, as I was just staying overnight.

It’s 10 minutes away from the airport. We left before breakfast was out.
It was over $400 for the night, but the accommodation were horrible and I didn’t feel safe. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and the door had previously been pried open. The pillows we’re completely flat, and the pull out sofa mattress was thin and uncomfortable. We stayed on the ground level and I could see people hanging out behind our room. My husband heard the employee talking to someone trying to book. There was only 1 room left and it was going for over $800 dollars but the employee could drop the price down to the $600 dollar range. They take advantage of people desperate to get a room close to the airport.

The location was great
State, it’s a pet friendly hotel. However, when you get there, they told you they are not pet friendly only if your dog is an emotional support dog and you had to show papers we drove all the way from Alabama. It was late at night and they wouldn’t let us stay there said they would refund
