The check in process was easy..
The staff that I spoke with was very friendly
The only issue that I had with the room was the TV was kind of head ache

They had waffles, cereal, and yogurt. We did not eat breakfast, but those things were available.
We had to wait and find someone to check us in. They have a bell up front but after ringing it for 15 minutes we saw a cleaning lady and she found the desk clerk to check us in.

The location was great
I complained about room smelling like smoke they gave me another room and that one smelled like smoke as well…checked out and days later took my 100$ security deposit and said it was for smoking…they are scams…got up in morn was no breakfast available…the hotel is a joke…

The bathroom was good. The motel was close do our destination.
We were close to the Grand Ole Opry, which is why we came to Nashville.
The use of the television remote was a little hard to figure out.

I loved that it was close to downtown Nashville. We enjoyed the bar that’s behind the hotel. The hotel was affordable and clean.
The loud AC unit in our room. Noisy people in the hall of the hotel. The person at front desk didn’t seem to care about my complaints.

The 1st room we were given the bathroom door wouldn't close, so we had to go ask for a different room, which the desk clerk was rude at check in and for our request, as well. The carpeting in the hall and room needed cleaning badly. The towel bar in the 2nd room fell off the wall. The furniture was worn and chipped and the chair in both rooms looked filthy, which i was afraid to sit in it. Breakfast was no where near what I thought it would be, which was sad considering paying $163 for the room. i am so disappointed and will consider not using Booking.com again.

We were settled near the washing machines and at three o'clock in the morning someone began to wash things. It was terrible.

The room was clean and comfortable. Decor was modern with very comfortable bedding. Beautiful walk-in shower. I was pleasantly surprised!
The breakfast had minimal choices with waffles being the only hot food item. Very liimited seating as well.

It was very clean and the desk staff was friendly.
It is really worn out. White bed covers stained, bathroom sliding door doesn't close right, carpet fraying, etc.

Great location a few miles from BNA and a $15 Uber ride. As clean as to be expected from a hotel at this price point. Friendly checkin staff at 1am.
It could use updating and maintenance. Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly when we arrived but they quickly fixed it.
