This Establishment is right in the middle of all the attractions in San Francisco, easiest access and most convenient & most of Host Andy was very hospitable and always obliging well recommended

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room had a large, modern flat screen tv.

In the first room we were given there were makeup stains on the walls, the safe was not working, the tv was not working and the coffee maker was not working. We changed rooms the next day and all of the issues were resolved. Also, the hotel is situated on a very busy and very noisy street and there is no soundproofing, so it was quite noisy inside as well.

So many people under influence of drugs wandering in hallway in the hotel, i was there with my niece(13) and my sister. My niece was so scared that she started crying so I decided to leave immediately. Save your self and avoid stressful situations, don't go there. I'm filling a lawsuit against the hotel and booking.com because of a false advertising. Don't bring your family there better stay on the bench in the park.

The room itself was relatively spacious. There were sufficient space to put our luggages around/on the floor spread out (there were 3 of us). As the sun set quite early, we tend to return early to our room and watch TV, the shows broadcasted were great as well, we watched plenty of movies like Harry Potter and Marvel for free. In terms of the location, there were Walgreens and bus stops located nearby (within 5-10 mins of walking), which was quite convenient. There were many homeless people around, but it is probably a San Frans issue, not specific to this accomodation. For food places, you have to do your research as the eateries nearby (especially Asian) were very pricey and the food quality was very mediocre. Would recommend visiting Chinatown or Japantown for Asian food choices instead of eating nearby.

Cleanliness: The blankets were not clean, there were lipstick stains around it. Otherwise, the room's cleanliness was generally okay such as the toilet and the floor. Housekeeping: We requested for no housekeeping on our first day of stay. We did not have a "do not disturb" sign outside of our door, so we went to the first level to make a request. Subsequently, on our 2nd & 3rd day, we did not made the request anymore. On the 2nd day, the housekeeping came to change the towels but left our beds unmade. We were left confused whether the housekeeping did our room or not. On the 3rd day, everything was then properly done (beds made, towels changed, room tidied up). Receptionist: The receptionist seems to be a late sleeper and comes off nonchalant. When we came to the receptionist in the morning to make our "no housekeeping request", we had to ring the bell multiple times and it appeared that he just woke up. He told us to just leave the "do not disturb" sign on our door and locked the reception. We rang the bell again and explained to him that our sign was missing, only then he made a request in his system and shared that he will inform the housekeeping team. We saw other guests experiencing the same treatment when they came to make their requests in the morning. On our 3rd day, we wanted to confirm on the checking out procedure, it was a different receptionist who came but the treatment was similar. It was as though they did not want people coming into the reception & they were sleeping inside. Security: This place is not a hotel, so the rooms are simliar to a hostel/dorm style. The stairs/lifts are open to public to just come in and walk by. With a significant homeless population in San Francisco, if you are more cautious about the security, it would be better to find an alternative accomodation. Lift: The lift is functional, it works. But my boyfriend said it was smelly, I thought it was fine.

Terrible experience here, i wouldn’t recommend staying here we booked a place for 4 nights for Halloween, I am a traveler and a blogger and all I can say is I was sleeping and the housekeeper barged right into my room without knocking, scared me to death, I’m sure it’s illegal to do that, invasion of privacy, I’m not sure if its safe for anyone there I am missing a few items, also I talked to the front desk about the housekeeper barging into my room and they just lied and acted like it didn’t happen.

good Location if you are driving.

very basic with no breakfast. unfortunately not very clean. we took a shower with flip flops. the mattresses are extremely high and don’t really fit on the beds. smaller people will have difficulties to climb up these huge mattresses.

The room was clean but the outside and the office required some work. It is a motel not a hotel/Inn.

The hotel is close to major San Francisco attractions - Golden Gate Bridge and Atascadero/Pier 39 area. The hotel has free private parking, but it fills up quickly and has spaces only for about 15 cars. If you come late, you may need to park on the street and pay for the parking 7 am - 5 pm. Also, the parking spaces are tiny and tight, so becareful if you drive a large vehicle. We came around 6 pm, checked in, parked, and used Uber to go out for dinner. It is cheaper than the parking fee in SanFran. The room was OK, except for the bathroom where the show door did not close.

The front desk staff is not available 100% of the time. After hours, you need to call a number on the door and supposedly somebody would come and help you. The property seems to be undermaintained. Our bathroom had the shower door broken, but in the morning we met a frustrated guy who was yelling on the phone about 4 inches of water in his bathroom.
