Ceiling has texture missing. Room was not clean. I found ladies hair accessories on bed for.

I did not use the breakfast. The location was VERY convenient, next door to Baylor Scott & White Health hospital in Plano, TX.

Beds were clean. Good location near highway. Statf was friendly.

The bathroom vanity faucet drain’s cap was closed and couldn’t be opened so the water couldn’t drain. I called the staff and they said plumber would come in the morning. I had to fix that broken drain myself. The pool was closed for an entire month. The elevator was down for maintenance that night as well. Fortunately it worked the next day.

Breakfast was ok, which is typical for all hotels.

Too little food for too many people. Eggs were cold. I was hoping for bacon or sausage and biscuits and gravy.

very unclean. bathroom light didn’t work. ice machine didn’t work. the elevator was super scary. the indoor pool was super cold.

Close to job. Had a Christmas party at work and didn’t want to drive home. very comfortable room.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and Travis did a great job managing a contrary customer who was unhappy about not being able to get coffee out of the pump dispensers. She was loud and obnoxious but Travis kept cool, talked to her softly and even offered to go in the back and make her some coffee. He did a great job of keeping the situation from escalating and his willingness to go out of his way to be helpful was the only thing that kept the other guests in the dining room at the time from being very uncomfortable. Travis is to be commended!

There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. Not only that but we had to keep pushing a little button to keep the refrigerator on. Have stayed in other rooms that were less expensive but had the convenience of a microwave in the room and a good cold refrigerator ready to put out cold items in as soon as we arrived.
