I chose this location cuz it was next door to an IHOP,a bill miller, and it was close to the hospital my mom was in.

The air conditioner was horrible, I almost asked to be put in a different room but we had so much going on (my mom ended up passing away) we just slept and got up and were gone at the hospital (UTSA) the whole time . There's no snack or drink machines, they had a few very expensive drinks and snacks by the front desk but they only accepted cash. The breakfast was all cold and cereal was stale. I wouldn't stay there again I should've known cuz it was super cheap. U get what u pay for!!

1. I did not like the internet shutting down at 1115pm and front desk inform "internet tech man was off that night." 2. I did not like the stains on both double beds and when asked to exchange to clean sheet front desk said he did not have the key to the laundry room. 3. I did not like when I asked if I can use the pool, I was told it was closed at 10pm. I witnessed people in the pool at 1130pm. 4. I did not like that I waited 45 mins for coffee at 7am and breakfast started at 630am. 5. I did not like that all sanitation station was always empty. 6. I did not like that the complimentary water did not look edible.

The room slept our whole family of 5, on-site breakfast

There was a musty smell in the hallway on our floor(3rd) . Very slow elevator and the mop water was always very dirty when they were mopping

I had my doubts because of some of the bad reviews I had read and almost canceled our 4 night stay. It turned out the stay was excellent and the rooms as well breakfast as well. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Not clean, AC unit not working properly

There is limited parking space, staff is rude, no amenities in room not even towels, when towels were requested, they refused to provide them and an uninvited guest (cockroach) visit us.
