The location was perfect for us.

The elevators were covered in food for over 4 hours. The one had syrup in it and the entire floor was sticky. The pool had no towels. The staff at the front desk seemed like they had no idea what they were doing when I went to ask for towels and another guest had asked for a restock of glasses in their room. The pillows on the bed were awful, even after being home for a night my neck is still hurting. The one bar tender was extremely rude when my husband and I came down for the "happy hour" as we were trying to figure out what was included during that time, we decided that we'd rather just leave and pay for drinks then have free ones from him. Overall I do not think our stay was worth what we paid.

It’s close to shopping and they have an amazing breakfast. They also had free clothes washers and dryers. We were on the second floor so we could easily use the stairs. They always had luggage carts. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. We would stay here again.

The carpet is old and kind of gross. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room.

We got there unloaded our stuff and went to go to the pool which was why we rented the room for the night and it was closed for 24 hrs because someone pooped in it was very disappointed it was my daughter’s birthday and she brought a friend ruined her night and we didn’t even stay we left we were there maybe an hr of our stay

Went to enjoy the pool and spa. Spa was covered and not in service.We were asked to leave the pool so workers could change a light bulb.Pool had a dirt ring around the edge. The hotel charged 10 dollars for parking which seemed like an necessary expense since the lot was uncovered and large.

We stay here the weekend of our wedding 6 years ago and the place is just as we remembered they never disappoint same great quality.

The Jacuzzi was out of order. Only the pool was. Available

No bedding for the sofa bed. The evening reception snacks were very lame.

Set up of hotel was excellent. Staff was very pleasant. Bartender was the best. Breakfast was a great perk for staying there.

Room was clean although we started out by finding ants on the table in the living room. Our last night there we found hundreds of ants on the table. During our stay there were a lot of small kids (soccer tournament) staying there and we noticed that they were running all around while parents sat in the lobby drinking. They also was coming by and knocking on doors and running away. These children were playing on the elevators and only one was working after playing on them. Lastly, paying for parking was a little ridiculous.
