clean comfortable rooms, very kind and courteous staff members at check in and later at front desk.

breakfast was not edible. Even the fruit was not OK. There was an oriental soup for breakfast option, lots of artificial food. Really could not eat any of it. Also the exercise room temperature was set to 50 but it was at 79 and so I could not use the fitness room. Was too hot.

Easy to book and pay. Breakfast bar was very good!

The pantry didn't have enough and not enough to choose from.

Location was good for us to get to where we needed in Columbus area

Arrived check was ok friendly staff and provided additional bedding which wasn’t in room , VERY noisy aircon waked is every 30mins or so , room condition was clean but needed refurbished felt tired and shabby Reported issues with plumbing to reception twice and nothing done about it :-(( Breakfast food quality was passable, limited range to foods , small eating area for size of hotel , and no sugar free options , difficult when you have a diabetic with you

service was slow regarding drainage issues with tub, it took two days before someone addressed the problem

Everything fell apart in the first room we were In, lampshade, lightbulbs, poor water pressure. Then had to change rooms. In the next room the smoke detector would go off and wake our baby at night. They locked us out because they keyed the cards incorrectly. There was a smell when I would turn on the heat. There was a blood stain on the couch.

Easy, friendly and professional check-in. Very clean throughout. Bed was very comfy and overall an easy space in which to settle in.

It was really clean.
