The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was not working and despite my asking three times, no one ever came to look at it or replace it. Breakfast was standard fare.

The fact that even though I asked the front desk three different times to fix or replace the refrigerator, it was never done. The hallway was very dirty and worn. I was surprised the room was good.

Provided breakfast, great house keeper service and great location full of eateries all around.

A lot of noise coming from upstair guest, the bathroom door made a lot of squeaky noise and the shower pressure didn’t provide a lot of hot water.

When we arrived we were turned away they over booked! Which I understand this happens sometimes but staff should act in a more professional way than the third shift staff at their hotel!!! the lobby had trash everywhere and the staff personnel smelled like weed and bad breath!! She was rude just screamed at us and said we are over ducking booked and not enough staff take it up with your credit card provider!!!! I have never been treated so badly!!! Then I had to continue to call to get a refund

The hallways were pretty gross, they could definitely use some fresh paint all throughout the inside. Elevators are a little sketch. The electrical sockets were coming out of the wall when you’d plug/unplug something. Mini Fridge wasn’t plugged in/working, mold on the ceiling or maybe a water stain but appeared more so to be a black mold. People stand outside all hours of the night like 2am smoking & talking so loud, had to call the front desk because they were basically partying outside of the room but staff were diligent and took care of the issue.

I did not like the breakfast. The hard boiled eggs sat in warm water, no fresh fruit, prepackaged bagel tasted old/dry.

No pool/hot tub

It was clean, no bugs, the price was good, and the laminate floors.It had breakfast.

Double beds, the beds was soft but, I like a firm bed, no water pressure in shower we was on 4th floor so not sure if that had anything to do with water pressure..

When asked to come back and clean the room and change the sheets no one came back to do it

the breakfast was skimpy. They know there were large groups for the wrestling tournaments so they could have done better at having a decent breakfast. there were no bagels, no fruit, they ran out of yogurt, there is no microwave to warm up a bowl of oatmeal. there is hot water but one of the girls wanted to warm the milk and ended up throwing it out because she poured it in the bowl and added the oatmeal before realizing there want a microwave. the sausage was in water and waterlogged with no flavor. if all you are looking for is a waffle you might be ok but even the waffle pourer was broken.

Clean + good smell + very clean and spacious rooms! From now on this is where I will be spending weekends

Friendliness and exceptionally clean. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Even the person in the breakfast area was helpful and offered to make our waffles.

Rooms look good but the rugs throughout look a little worn out. Walls in the hallway needed Needs some sprucing up, but must say it was exceptionally clean.

The front desk quickly moved me when I saw something run across the wall. They also issued me a refund with no questions after I said the next room I was put in had hair all over the blankets and pillows and the hallways smelled horribly of cigarettes.

Close to Riverside Hospital, and within walking distance to a few food options.

AC/Heating unit malfunctioned several times through the night and turned off altogether, had to get up and manually adjust it to keep the room from being 58 deg. Floor was uneven, surely not a nice deal but definitely noticeable.
