The location was in a walking distance to the University and we could find a parking nearby

Tiny room and bed. Very old, smelly and windows were not opening. The lady at reception was very unhelpful at any question or request. Would never ever stay at this hotel

The front desk staff was nice! That's about it

Well, when you spend $1800.00 on a suite and food to learn, it doesn't come with a small microwave nor a small refrigerator in the suite that's beyond me ,actually, I have stayed in the best of best and to learn that you also would be charged extra to warm your food up that's crazy, this place honestly is definitely overrated couple more $100 I should of just went back to the claremont smh ...Never again definitely once again overrated 🙄 oh and the heater please don't get me started on that definitely needs some upgrades

The staff was wonderful and helped us when we had a challenge with our room. We also appreciated the convenient location in downtown Berkeley to the BART as well as the UC Berkeley campus.

The rooms are a bit dated, and there is currently a large construction project on one side of the hotel which began its work at 7am and woke us up to the sounds of jack hammering.

The location of the breakfast was pleasant. We had to wait for quite some time to be asked what we wanted to order although it did not seem to be crowded. Both of our cappuccinos tasted sweet, the wrong milk must have been accidentally used….

Although I am always booking the same kind of room the accommodation is getting smaller every time. Due to a construction site it was very noisy early in the morning. Our room was noisy in general.

Good location

There is no room cleaning service. If you need to clean the room, you need to call 24 hours in advance. No refrigerator, no drinking water bottles available. Coffer maker doesn't work.

Accidentally put a $200 hold on my card instead of $100. They couldn’t undo it until after I left the hotel, but it gave me a scare.

Lovely place right downtown. I have stayed there twice,, in different rooms (once a double and once a king single), and both times I enjoyed my stay. Spotless rooms and bathrooms, fun/elegant lobby bar, and a peace sign in the flooring at the main door-what more could you want? Oh, yeah, a great price for the area too!
