Location was very convenient being that we were enjoying the amenities around the area. Pool/spa/gym looked nice but we did not use.
High price for stay but ok compared to other resorts nearby. Had no issue paying for convenience of location. Breakfast was not free to all guests. Thankfully I did request free breakfast during my booking, but once the server brought a bill to my table, i had to bring it to their attention. They corrected it but i noticed MANY families were not aware that breakfast was not free.

Distance from Hershey Park. The hotel was within 10 minutes if the park. This was great especially at the end of the day when you're tired. It's nice not to have to drive too far to get to the hotel.
The place just was not clean. Looked very old. Needs to be updated. The price paid was too much for the way the property looked. Also, there is a vibe that people of color I not liked by some staff members.

the whole breakfast situation was tragic. They were out of everything, we waited 30 minutes only to be brought half our food and none of it was right. There was 1 server and no one seemed to step in to help her. Not worth the money or my family’s time.

Comfort, breakfast, staff
We picked this hotel, and paid extra because it had a hot tub. We are a older couple who never gets away due to 4 children. But, the hit tub was not operating.. very disappointing.

I choose to pay more for the breakfast included option, only being told that there was no such thing, they only provided hot breakfast for diamond’s member, we could only have the cold stand one, or paid $13 for it.
