The location is great, close to painted ladies and close to bus 22 which is the lane used to go from the train airport stop to the hotel. Good staff..place is clear enough..old stylebut still good. They give you hot beverage for free in the morning.

Wall aremade of paper .. it's really old and noisy. Soundproofing is really bad. I just hate moquette .

Noisy rooms, shared bathrooms/toilets could’ve been cleaner (not terrible, though I advise wearing flip flops)

Great localization where you can feel safe and comfy.

Lack of elevator (especially when you have heavy luggage) but it is rather small disadventage.

Room, bathroom and shower, bed, cleanliness. Loved that it had mini fridge inside the room.

Room didn’t have AC. Maybe doing the bed as part of the cleaning everyday would’ve been nice.

Situated in a cute Victorian San Francisco house on Fillmore Street close to Alamo Square and the Painted Ladies.

You may hear your neighbour's TV all night long and you might not always have full water pressure or hot water in the third floor's showers.

Room was smaller than I expected, not enough facilities to hang or put close and stuff

this is basically an hostel. the room (but basically the hotel) has this bad smell, that means it hasn’t been cleaned as it should have been. in my room haven’t been changed bed linen (towels only) and trash bin haven’t been emptied. at the end I found a unfinished cigarette on the window (I don’t smoke), maybe someone from cleaning left there. this is definitely expensive for the service that it offers.
