Our room (1935) was not that much lighty! Otherwise nothing to reproach!

Loved the location. Didn’t find th Room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were 10/10.

Room needs updating. Bathroom badly designed . Staff not particularly friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel

I didn't like that I had to pay $40 a night for valet. I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a microwave in my room

Clean. Had a very difficult time finding the hotel! Didn’t help that it was during Mardi Gras and street closures. Wish they would have mentioned this when I made the reservation so we could have planned for it.

Didn’t care for the valet parking. Would much rather park myself! Having valet really stressed me since my vehicle was brand new.

My floor and room smelled like wet dog. Carpet was dirty when I checked in.

The location of the hotel was great, it was the location of the room. We was given the higher floor yes but, we was told our view would be looking over the city’s view when in fact was a back alley way and half of a side street. Was upset about that part, the bathroom was very small it had more sink then bathroom, toilet was very low not good for older people. The door and sink were very close were you had to slide through.

The room was too outdated from 1980 and smelled FILTHY no modern outlits and the lamp outlit from 1980 broke my charger cable

The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable! The staff was very helpful And friendly.

Old and rusty furniture No fridge or microwave Pool is just too small and crowded If you are a light sleeper, maybe this won’t be the best option for you. Loud streets and no soundproof windows

Location was excellent. Security was reassuring. Room was clean and comfortable. Rate was exceptional.

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted & needed to go. Lots of security in the evening, which I felt was needed in the area. Our bathroom & room was clean.

Very small sink area - not a lot of space to put toiletries there (basics - toothbrushes & toothpaste) for a family or 4. The area might be a little shady, weird folks hanging out outside the hotel at all hours, and it smells - terrible outside. Inside the hotel, things were fine but once you walked outside… it’s dirty & stinky.
