My stay in the hotel wasn’t so good. The pool was out of service with out us being notified that was the only reason we picked this hotel. It also wasn’t so clean at all. And hardly any towels

The pool not working

Location was excellent for us as it was only 5 min. from our VA. family. The breakfast selection was great & we enjoyed it

Just had a bit of an issue at breakfast one morning with the staff allowing an apparently indigent individual literally fill his backpack with enough food for several people, along with emptying the juice container using several coffee cups as well as filling several paper plates with bacon, eggs, etc. It is sad & I guess the Inn could be complimented on helping such persons but it was a distraction for those enjoying breakfast

Liked having a remote for the a/c, pillows were comfy

Toilet was always running. Didnt flush most of the time. TV was really dark and small. The lobby smelled like rotten eggs. Hotel in serious need of upgrade

Breakfast was good.

1) When I pulled back the covers on one of the queen beds, I saw makeup on the fitted sheet near the upper left corner...YUK! 2)The pages in the room's Marriott brochure was grimy; (I put it on top of dirty sheet) 3)The bathroom counter was not visible clean 4) Lastl, but not least, the back of the bathroom door ( just above the handle to get out) was sticky...YUK

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Convenient location to our local family. Great stay.

Everything was very nice

Through booking.com, one of the two rooms was declined, email came day of check in at 1pm, 4 hours after leaving home for this trip. Decline was due to out of state fraud protection I assume but no way to rectify one the road. Should have received a call not an email and not show up with two families and only one room
