Staff was friendly.

Hard to understand staff, no direction of where to park. Machine for entering and exit was broken, elevator was broken. Staff couldn’t multitask, also couldn’t answer certain questions. Bed also felt weird. Water in tub was running all night.

Breakfast buffet staff and food were great. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was courteous and attentive.

Front desk clerk had broken English and we had a hard time understanding each other. She couldn’t understand that rent name was Dave, short for David and that made the check in process take way too long. She couldn’t figure out how to enter my email address. There was no body wash in the shower, there was a dispenser but it was empty. After a long day at Disneyland we just wanted to shower and with no soap we were forced to just rinse off After eating at the buffet, I tired to use the lobby restroom and there was no toilet paper in the only stall. There were two empty rolls so you could tell it was a long while since it was checked. Glass elevator shaft needs to be cleaned badly. Lots of trash and leaves from the tree stuck on all the exterior railing all the way up to the 4th floor where we stayed. Hot tub water had a green tint to it.

How close it was to Disneyland and that we got a bottom floor

Upon entering the room it looked dirty. No towels or bath mat was provided I had to go to lobby to as for towels and toilet paper. They said they were going to send small towels to the room since they don’t carry them in the front and I never got them. The sink was dirty.

It’s close to Disneyland

Facility is dirty, roaches, spiders, rats, no housekeeping, not everything works, towels smelled weird.

Location was great, very close to Disneyland parks.

My initial room was dirty. The shower had hair and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The water pressure in the shower was also terrible. One of the beds seemed like it was broken. When you would sit on it, it would make a sound and was not comfortable at all! The floor was also dirty we all refused to walk around bare foot from fear of who knows what was on there. When I went to let the front desk employee know my concerns he looked at me rude and didnt seem happy about me asking to move rooms. I actually tried to cancel my stay and move to another hotel but the app I used to book the hotel wouldn’t allow me to change it anymore. The app I booked thru also said it was $29 per night for parking but the staff charged 75 per night and said I couldn’t do anything about it.

Close proximity to Disneyland

Location next to freeway terrible. Too noisy with no sound proofing.

The parking was. Close to my room that was a plus.

I didn’t not like that house keeping tried to get in my room at 9:30 without saying housekeeping very rude had my partner not latched the top security latch they would have gotten in grant it that we needed to check out by 11 am so we still had time made me feel very uncomfortable. This property could be more clean the towels had hairs so who ever does laundry doesn’t do a good job remember people need to have clean towels not ones that have other peoples hairs that is super nasty. Over all I am super disappointed.
