The quickness to respond to situations and handle them in a respectful manner.
The issues that kept popping up such as rooms not being cleaned, toilet not working, hot water not properly working, stains on laundry based items. The pool was also drained at the time and there were no breakfast options or even an easily accessible vending machine.

The bed was comfortable.
This hotel has maintenance and housekeeping issues. We spoke to the general manager (Derrick Seldon) who said we should request a full refund and that it was approved by him.

The fire alarm was going off uncontrollably, the bed sheets were not clean.

My queen suite was perfectly sized, clean, cozy and stylishly furnished for a reasonable price conveniently located near the airport.

Loved how they had silverware and utensils in the kitchen.
Other than our shower wasn't working, I can't complain, but they had it fixed super fast.

The room is nice, clean and comfortable.
#1 problem is no hot water in the shower. I’m here with two girls that competed in a cheerleading competition and they have to shower in cold water. Charged a $100 deposit and the pool is down, the elevators are down and was basically told to take a bird bath because the sink water gets hot. Was told the boiler is out and it must’ve just happened but was standing there when another person called the front desk and said it’s been two days since her shower water has been like that. Then the guy called another worker or manager, not sure but I heard her say that everyone is aware of the problem including Maria the manager but the guy is trying to tell me she meant something else when she said that. Not worth the money at all and these girls are just trying to get a good nights sleep before competing again tomorrow. I will definitely never be back here again…

First impression: immediate fail. The doors were locked and the front desk wouldn't allow me in. When he finally did, he told me that I had no reservation and he didn't have a room available. Told me to come back tomorrow. (I'd been driving for five hours, i had a headache, I was tired and i had to pee). When he finally found my reservation, he tried to charge me extra money to stay. He checked my id and made a joke about people from my state. The sheets were itchy, there was hair in the shower, the second day of my stay, the shower cut off in the middle of me using it. My key didn't allow me access through the outside door ( I'd have to walk all the way around). The second day, it denied me access to my room. Terrible experience! Would not recommend.

the Candlewood cupboard was kind of bare, not many snacks or drinks to choose from. no breakfast option

I liked the proximity to the racetrack and downtown. The room was fine and I appreciated the kitchen facilities.
The property seemed very understaffed, the canteen was almost empty, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

The cleanliness, it was very comfortable. Felt like being at home. The house keeper was very friendly and helpful.
Jessica wasn't friendly during checking in.

Beds were uncomfortable, blood on the linens, closets were dirty, heat smelt like it was burning
