Location was perfect. We went to a concert right across the street.

The rooms were filthy. The first room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of mens cologne. I'm sure it was an over spray used by staff to cover up moldy carpet or some other smell. We changed rooms and this room was filthy. We stayrd in the room because we needed to get ready for the concert.

I like how close it is to the pacer stadium and how clean the room was.

I put in a special request for early check in, they couldn’t fulfill that request and decided to not tell me until I was at the hotel. They then put me in a que for being next available for a room. I then went to the parking garage and sat for 5 HOURS. I called every hour to see if it was ready yet and they kept saying no. I then started getting ready for the event that was in an hour in the lobby bathroom. An associate came in and asked if I had a room and I said I have been waiting for a room all day. She asked for my last name and informed me my room was ready 3 hours ago. I never was sent an email, a text or a call like I was promised when put into the que. It is safe to say I was extremely frustrated with this hotel with the communication and lack of communication between associates about my room.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Love the bar and balcony area. I had a King room with a view and the view was amazing!

Breakfast was a little lackluster. I prefer to make my own waffle so it's hot when I eat it. Would've liked at least some French vanilla creamer cups.

Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Loved the option of breakfast being included!

I wish we could have gotten our rooms next to each other like we wanted but the staff made up for it by giving us bar credit. Everyone we’d very nice.

The parking arrangements were just a fee. Why not just include in the room rate?

The location was the only good thing about this place.

They did not tell us that lobby was reserved for a private party. And A And they sent this 2 blocks down the street to use a different swimming pool. Then my girlfriend got hurt on the way to the other hotel to swim. And they act like it was no big deal. Did not refund no money or nothing.

The breakfast was great and the morning crew was super nice. The balcony bar was awesome, too.

When I booked, the total was $478. When we got to the hotel, they charged me $528. Our air in the room didn’t work, our room looked out into the parking garage (which had car alarms go off all night long), and the parking garage ticket wouldn’t let us out.

Hyatt exceeded our expectations! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff made sure that we were recognized for this important event. We were treated very well from the time the valet parked our cars, check-in, and check -out. Exceptional!

The air conditioning in our room was excellent!

The reception area is extremely noisy. Could barely hear person working behind desk upon check-in. Bath towels are on the smaller size so it would be nice to have more than two. Housekeeping did not pick-up my call so had to go down to lobby and request more towels. Several other guests were doing the same.

HORRIBLE !!! Ask if there is a big conference BEFORE you stay there! One of the reasons we stayed here was for the pool and free breakfast. Took 25 minutes in line to get breakfast and then they were out of EVERYTHING! No cereal, no eggs (later replaced) no fruit, yogurt and everything was a mess! Seating and tables a disaster! No cream for coffee, most coffee cups out. Their response, we are trying…there is a big convention. The pool room smelled of such strong chlorine that I gaged! I would never have let my son swim in it. Plus it was small! I have stayed in hotels like Hilton and garden that have better pools and breakfast service. Don’t waste the $$ for the extras here. It’s really expensive and not worth the extra money. I tried to get a glass of wine at bar at 6:30pm on a Friday and waited 10 minutes and no one came up to me. I had to get my own menu at bar and still no one. (It was happy hour time.) We finally left without service. In the end, they gave me $50 off my bill.
