The location

Location was perfect. We went to a concert right across the street.

The rooms were filthy. The first room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of mens cologne. I'm sure it was an over spray used by staff to cover up moldy carpet or some other smell. We changed rooms and this room was filthy. We stayrd in the room because we needed to get ready for the concert.

I like how close it is to the pacer stadium and how clean the room was.

I put in a special request for early check in, they couldn’t fulfill that request and decided to not tell me until I was at the hotel. They then put me in a que for being next available for a room. I then went to the parking garage and sat for 5 HOURS. I called every hour to see if it was ready yet and they kept saying no. I then started getting ready for the event that was in an hour in the lobby bathroom. An associate came in and asked if I had a room and I said I have been waiting for a room all day. She asked for my last name and informed me my room was ready 3 hours ago. I never was sent an email, a text or a call like I was promised when put into the que. It is safe to say I was extremely frustrated with this hotel with the communication and lack of communication between associates about my room.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Love the bar and balcony area. I had a King room with a view and the view was amazing!

Breakfast was a little lackluster. I prefer to make my own waffle so it's hot when I eat it. Would've liked at least some French vanilla creamer cups.

The location as well as amenities. The staff was nice. Liked all of them. Charles The weeknight bartender at the Pivot, was excellent.

The parking arrangements were just a fee. Why not just include in the room rate?

The location was the only good thing about this place.

They did not tell us that lobby was reserved for a private party. And A And they sent this 2 blocks down the street to use a different swimming pool. Then my girlfriend got hurt on the way to the other hotel to swim. And they act like it was no big deal. Did not refund no money or nothing.

The breakfast was great and the morning crew was super nice. The balcony bar was awesome, too.

When I booked, the total was $478. When we got to the hotel, they charged me $528. Our air in the room didn’t work, our room looked out into the parking garage (which had car alarms go off all night long), and the parking garage ticket wouldn’t let us out.

Hyatt exceeded our expectations! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff made sure that we were recognized for this important event. We were treated very well from the time the valet parked our cars, check-in, and check -out. Exceptional!

The air conditioning in our room was excellent!

The reception area is extremely noisy. Could barely hear person working behind desk upon check-in. Bath towels are on the smaller size so it would be nice to have more than two. Housekeeping did not pick-up my call so had to go down to lobby and request more towels. Several other guests were doing the same.
