Our room was very nice and clean with large screen TV. Front Desk, Housekeeping and Bell Hop services were friendly and accommodating. Location was good. Rest. was good and ate breakfast there every morning.

Our bed was so uncomfortable (sunk in when I laid down) that I didn't sleep well, and my back hurt the first two nights we stayed. When I reported it to Management, the mattress was replayed the next morning. So had a good night's sleep the rest of our stay. My husband takes meds and needed refrigerator. Took day and a half to deliver.

1. The staff was AMAZING!!! Very friendly. 2. The selection of eateries was cool. Loved the variety. 3. I also liked that the hotel (including the Casino) did not smell like an ashtray. 4. The hot water is actually hot!

1. The unavailability to use the fridge without being charged was a major turnoff. 2. The bed was uncomfortable. 3. Even with the lights on, the room was a bit dark.

The pool closed too early

The room were spacious and very comfortable! The casino smells AMAZING! great job keeping It clean and free of standing cigarette smoke ( like some of the older hotels)

Shower heads could be better and shower water could be a little hotter.
