perfect location for downtown roswell and the young gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

The facility was clean and Dan was amazing.

The breakfast staff wasn’t the best but wasn’t awful.

Fire alarm went off during night several times

Overpriced. So-so location. Not really a great part of town.

The lock mechanism on door was loose - screws were hanging out. Not secure feeling.

The receptionist “Excellent “!!!!!! I was worn out from the business of the day and Mr Dan was so helpful, calming and welcoming and he assisted with such grace, I will definitely be coming back

We did not partake of the breakfast. The website I booked through indicated there was a restaurant but there wasn't. We did not care to do the self-serve continental breakfast.

The website falsely indicated that there was a bar/lounge. There was not. The website also indicated it was pet friendly and we almost brought our dog. The signs indicated no pets allowed. There was no vent in the bathroom. The room was extremely noisy, with staff and children running through the hallways and talking loudly early in the mornings. In addition, there was someone running late at night in the room above us. There was also no housekeeping, only fresh towels and trash pick-up. The room/facility was clean though.
