Breakfast was decent. Front desk worker was helpful.

The bed was AWFUL. I’ve never slept so poorly at a hotel in my life. It sagged in the middle so I constantly had to try to stay on my side—same issue for my husband.

Clean, nice rooms, close to where I needed to be

Front desk staff had a hard time with the charges and the refund process took 2 weeks and 5 phone calls

I just didn’t think it was worth the price. It didn’t feel very comfortable or clean. There was a huge stain on the carpet in my room. The elevator had a random bunch of towels on the ground

When we did actually see a member of staff, they were friendly and helpful.

Over priced, never saw the staff, hot tub it permanently closed and didn't know until we got there. The hot tub was the main reason for booking. Called the front desk from the room and no one answered. Good luck getting into the internet. Won't stay there again

Variety of food at Breakfast. Close to attractions in the area. Low price for the area. Efficient/easy check in. Near expressway.

Under construction. Pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely (website does not mention this anywhere and my two children were looking forward to it). Pancake machine was broken with no sign so people kept lining up wasting their morning. Furnace fan was extremely loud and the mattresses were the hardest I've ever slept on in my entire life, not hotel quality at all. I'm glad it was only one night or I would have left to stay at another hotel instead.

Room was nice. The amenities were very nice.
