Everything was dirty. Staff was extremely rude

Room smelled, TV didn't work too good (Screen kept freezing every 5 seconds), shower curtain rod was installed at an angle so the curtains didn't stay closed. Complimentary breakfast was a tray of small yogurts and a tray of cupcakes.

Great location
Shower head didn’t work properly, mini fridge was actually a mini freezer, pool out of order, room keys not properly working, needed a broom or something to clean a mess (myself) and was immediately shot down and told to wait till the next day for house keeping.

the indian guy at the check in was trying to add extra charge for smoking room when the room was already smelling as cigarette plus he have no manners to treat people

The owner was rude, the room was dirty and TV channels didn't work, the furniture was dirty and black mold on the bathroom floor.

No internet, no phone in room, TV did not work, zero food in morning as advertised, call ed hostel three times from my office and let itv ring for 10 minutes, nobody answered, tried to get a receipt upon check (twice) out but nobody at desk, the pool water was "green" , the outside of the building was extremely dirty and finally when I left I talked to the owner about the lack of services but he just laughed in my face and said have good day!

It was a roof over our head.
We had a dirty unsafe room and the facility did not have a working, clean pool. Nor did the facility offer any sort of breakfast or juice.

It’s was close by to the mall and had near by food areas
The rooms were in pretty bad shape not to mention as soon as you walk in the smell is very horrid , the place overall needs major updates. Pool wasn’t even open the pictures you see online look nothing like what you get in real life I definitely will not be staying here again

Was turned away by staff after disputing room he was giving me. Has asked for handicap with two beds which was confirmed with booing.com. When I agreed finally he was charging me an extra $100. When I disputed this he told me to leave that he owned property and was not subject to what a booking company said.

Thought the room I got booked was clean. It looked clean but when my partner checked the fridge, it wasn't cleaned out from the guests who stayed prior and that was upsetting

Location was good and price was decent but not for the experience
The owner was extremely disrespectful to the people that were in line before us and when we paid our $200 cash deposit he kept the receipt, then tried to tell me the next morning at checkout that I didn’t pay a deposit and he wasn’t going to give me my $200 back. There were also stains on the sheets and the microwave was broken.

It was spacious. There was a fridge and microwave, view was better than most.
The bathroom floor was broken, there was no laundry facilities (well, yes there were, they were broken for a while, then they had them fixed and locked up tight so even after that the repaid, laundry was difficult- the owner did try to be reasonable about this, but only after I I
nsisted), the showerhead stopped working at a certain time- the last day of our stay strangely- they ran out of regular coffee so all there was was decaf! The pool was defunct, but this is sort of understandable considering covid.
My partner had a disagreeable experience with the management, and several times the help said they would bring us something (a towel, coffee, etc) but they never came. Seems like they need more staff, more management. Speaking with the owner on time I heard that him and one other person are trying to manage many hotels, more than is possible for two people.
I didn't even mention the most terrible parts..there were two pairs of soiled underwear by their smoking gazebo for a few days, as well as some fast food boxes someone ordered and just left outside and forgotten by the gazebo.
That all being said, I suppose they are doing the best they can given the circumstances, but that seems no excuse to let things go as much as they had since the last time I stayed at this particular motel. I have seen worse, but I have also seen them do better here. If they just hired another staff, maybe two, this place could be decent.

The woman behind the counter was very pleasant.
Facilities need serious upgrades. Carpets need replacing, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, website says breakfast when there is none, paint on the door was peeling.

The physical location was good being it was by the mall and lots of food choices but there were several homeless encampments right outside our screenless window on the lower level.
The large mirror by our door had handprints and someone’s face print where you could see the previous guests had sex. We were not offered another room and if we canceled, we would have been charged. The front desk attendant cleaned it the best she could. Afterwards, when we got back from the mall and getting ready to eat, there was spot on the seat of the chair that I could only imagine what it was from and prayed it wasn’t body fluids. There was still food on the floor from previous guests and some of the lights were burned out in the bathroom. I tried to speak with the owner/manager but he kept acting as if he could not understand me saying room 125 over and over again. He then stopped acknowledging me and tried to speak over me to my husband. I told him my name was on the reservation but he repeatedly ignored me. I was very calm until he blatantly said my husband’s name was on the reservation and then called my husband by my name. At that point I raised my voice and said “I made the reservation”. He turned his back and walked away. I will NEVER go back!!

Okay beds and fairly clean room, quiet. Nice staff person (a girl) very friendly.
The bathroom looked like it had been readied for demolition and I could see they knew about the problems. The rack which normally holds the towels was empty as the towels were piled on the counter. The rack fell down during my shower. There were NO covers on the lights or fans and no trap in the bathroom sink. The toilet made a weird noise when flushing so it felt like it was going to explode every time I flushed. The pool was unavailable even though it was full of water and no one was working on it. There was no signage about breakfast or where coffee was in the morning and there were cigarette butts all over the ground at the entrance.

A disgrace of a hotel. Shabby beyond belief. Curtains and fixtures hanging off from walls. Dodgy people looking in car windows. Breakfast was a joke.

Good location and reasonable price.
My daughter was the guest. I made the reservation for her and checked the requisite box that she was to be the guest. I wrote her name in as requested. When she arrived she was given a hard time because she wasn't me and was almost accused of fraud. I am upset because I did everything that was required and it was not an easy or enjoyable check in process for her.
