The breakfast is always Fantastic and we always enjoy Jose every time we stay at your hotel in Yakima-Washington
A king room wasn’t available and we needed 2 rooms so we had to settle for 2 queen bed rooms - wasted a bed -

Did not have breakfast because of buffet and no menu. Would have liked small bkfst. Would have been nice to have paper room service menu.

street people scared us, will not be back to downtown Yakima
hotel was fine and clean, what we expected of Hilton. Front staff were not not welcoming, however the room and the breakfast staff and the breakfast food excellent, street (street people) scary, environment of Yakima scary, wont stay downtown again.

Great hotel and well located - room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helped us find a great local spot for dinner (Cowiche Canyon). Parking on site additional fee of $10 per night but well located either right next to hotel or their underground parking. The hotel has a small shop with food items and also a bar. Would recommend this accommodation to other travellers!

The hotel was clean. Lots of noise from the street and from people from the street. Area has lots of homeless and they can be very intimidating if walking. I would walk in partners. I had to walk by myself 2 blocks to convention center for work, was very uncomfortable with the area.

Location was great. Parking was superb. Huge facility. Comfy beds.
Shower was impossible to use. Only provided scolding hot water and no cold water. We could not take a shower for 2 nights and staff did not care much about it.
Breakfast is expensive and extra charge. Facilities do not match price or star level. Very dissapointed!! Did not feel like a Hilton.

Great room in a central location!
Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't heated when we were there, which was part of the reason we chose this hotel over another.

The staff was amazing through out our event and stay.

To be able to use free WiFi I had to register. Appalling. Even one star hostels do provide nowadays free of charge WiFi without registering.
A stuff member by the desk had difficulties to understand that I wanted to have a printed receipt. I also ordered a soft copy, but never received it.

A good property, well located in Yakima. We paid for breakfast which was very good. Good restaurant within 2 blocks.
I left my phone charger, called twice the next day to ask if they found it. Neither time did I get a call back with the answer as promised. This soured me on the staff.

it is time for the bathtubs to be removed and replaced with showers, getting in and out of a bathtub is too dangerous for people of a certain age
