The breakfast was really complete. We stayed in another Best Western hotel before, but this breakfast was much better.

The only thing that could have been better was the overall appearance of the hotel. It felt a little older, but the room was comfortable and clean.

they need to do a few updates to the facility and the wifi did not work most of the time.

decent free breakfast. room was nice sized. 273 had three beds basically. good coffee but front desk.

bad wifi in the room. kept kicking us off and messed with mail delivery and other programs. Food was cold on buffet. staff acted like it was my problem losing wifi. staff also acted as if using booking.com was a problem when we asked for any deals at check in.

The breakfast was great - lots to choose from & omelettes made to order on Monday was fantastic - even had sour cream and the best, tasted like home made, salsa to top it. The pool was fantastic! Also the covered picnic table area was a really pleasant surprise and although we didn´t use it, the huge lawn - if we´d know, we would have brought lawn games to play. Also loved the little patio with easy access to the pool. Overall, a very nice stay.

My main complaint is the dog policy. I love dogs, but not their smell & barking. Our granddaughter walked in the room in stocking feet & in pajama feet & the socks & pajamas absorbed the smell from the carpet that is definitely from dogs having been in the room. Then we noticed that guests in rooms on either side of us had dogs, so there is apparently no dog specified wing like in many hotels. There was also an odd smell in the hallway, that upon reflection is most likely from a dog. My suggestion is to put guests with dogs into a wing that is not the same as those traveling without dogs & maybe remove the carpeting in those or all rooms and replace with vinyl or wood floors for capability of more complete cleaning.
