The room was clean.

They had no hot water so we couldn’t shower. They also had no estimate time of when the hot water would be working.

It was clean and quiet no one bothered me nor my brother. I slept all day I was so comfortable. I ended up renting the room for another night. Planning on renting a room tonight.❤️💯😁👍👍

Everything Oh and the breakfast was great. First morning my brother had to bring my food because I have stage 4 B Cell LYMPHOMIA CANCER. The motel was great making sure I had ground level room and right across from the exit door to be easy to take my service dogs out. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH 👍👍💯❤️😁❣️❣️

It looks old and smells a lot like cigarette in the non-smoke area.

Bad parking. Rest of the neighborhood was sketchy. The room reeked of some perfume crap trying to cover up something. There was a burn hole in the cover in the bed. It was supposedly an all access room. There was room for a tiny wheel chair to maneuver in the room. The shower access was an over the tub bench which would not be suitable for a Person staying alone.

Nice mattress.

First of all, the toliet was running every so often the entire time. Maintenance attempted to fix it but was not successful. The place is not well maintained. The carpet looked dirty, the paint was worn out. I would never use the bedspread - it was dingy, unattractive and did not feel clean. The bathtub was worn out. And the air conditioner was an older, noisy unit that should be replaced.

Had to move to another room on a different floor when I booked another night. No elevator's. The motel is definitely showing its age with extremely worn carpet in the hallway. The toilet wask clogged all night & the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Staff were extremely rude. There was one housekeeper with long dark hair that was very nice. Other than that, every other person I saw, talked to, ran into was EXTREMELY rude.. Went to the front desk to ask for a towel. This person was on their phone, rolled her eyes, and literally huffed like how dare i interrupt her. They were booked up and didn't have towels or wash clothes. We got 2 towels, no wash clothes for my 4-person family. I'm not sure if sheets were getting changed. The breakfast was the worst selection. open 6a-9a. Toast, tiny muffins that went quick, cereal i saw no one touch, fruit cups, strawberry and peach yogert cup and if ypu were lucky you'd get a banana before they were gone the waffles were the best part but if they ran out of batter close to closing breakfast and you say anything the staff stared me down for a moment before very rudely saying really! It's almost closed. Didn't have creamer for the coffee. The pool was warm the first day and extremely cold the rest of the time.. they didn't have rugs in the bathroom, lack of towels, and the bathroom floors were extremely slippery.i would not recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever return

Check-in lady was great and very friendly.

Check-in lady was great. But the following day of check out, the lady was not very customer service friendly. Found a used soap in the shower, so apparently, it was not cleaned. The floor below the dresser was wet. Not sure why. I let the check-in lady know about these things and she said I would be compensated by management as well as s call, I'm not sure how, when or what she had meant, but I have not heard anything from management, nor, has been compensated.

Need to make sure coffee pots in room work, second time I have stayed and they didn't work

the staff was a bit confused about a deposit we have stayed here numerous time and never had a problem I don’t mind paying a deposit but the fact that the online help said nothing about a deposit and when we got there they wanted a 200 dollar deposit which we were not aware of

this motel was so absolutely FILTHY, pubic hair in tub, visible black mold in bathroom, dirty counters, prior guest toothpaste in sink, I asked for a refund, then had to go find a cleaner motel

I really injoy staying there and spending time every time I stay there

There was a coffee pot inn the room but no coffee or tea & no washcloth. Therefore I hope they don’t try to charge. us for the items x
