Nice hotel with scary elevator. It has been renovated so the rooms are good. No free breakfast but the one at the hotel offers a nice breakfast for relatively low cost (Toast, Coffee and Juice) for approx. $8.50 + tip.
The only thing not so good is the elevator, which was old and gave off strange noises.

Rooms were spacious and accommodating. They were able to get me and my friend handicap accessible room. Hotel staff was great.

First room wasn’t clean we had to get another room. The second room was cleaner than the first but needed to have some repairs

The bathroom had a rainfall shower, our room had a little gym setup in it, the bed was comfy with fluffy pillows
The elevator was scary and my car was marked when I came outside. (2 female travelers)

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
There were unclean spots on door frames. There was also a very large party in the hotel that night which had the lower hallway by the gym smelling strongly of marijuana. I was traveling with a tween child, and that was not acceptable for a non-smoking hotel.

I loved the shower and shower head. Felt like I was standing under a waterfall. It's in sort of a hidden area, yet so many great restaurants and amenities right around the corner. Everyone we spoke to there inside the hotel, both guests and employees, were all polite, and very nice to talk to.
Our room didn't come with continental breakfast. That would've been nice, but there were great breakfast restaurants within a mile.

The location was in a great area. There was many restaurants nearby. There was also a target close too. The staff there were really nice.
The room could've been cleaned better. When we arrived there were pieces of corn on the floor under the curtains. Also the floor didn't look like it was swept or mopped.

Location was great! Right around the corner from the amphitheater. We stayed on the 3rd floor & water pressure was great! Large flatscreen TV. Cool touch to have workout equipment in the room.
Restaurant was closed most of our stay. Front desk said it opened at 5pm, it did not and it closed before midnight. They have a bar but don’t use it. No pool. Room was not great…stains and dirty spots were on almost every wall, made me want to wash my hands after touching anything. Fingerprints were still on the mirror. Elevator was horrible. It took way too long for the elevator to get to our floor & felt like it was going to break on us haha! Kinda scary. We tried to take the stairs instead of the elevator and it led us to the back of the hotel therefore we had to walk outside around half of the building to get inside to the front desk because there is no door letting you out on the first floor, it just leads you outside. Room lights were very dim. Not worth the $ we paid.

Scalding hot shower setting. Ouch.
Can't be helped but noisy hall conversation where two women were talking far apart down the hallway from each other but right in front of our door. Probably 1:00 am after they'd been drinking and they just went on and on. I am usually a night owl too but not that late and we had to get up at 4 am for travel the next day. Kinda the usual hotel issue of hall chatter.

this property was such a safe haven for me and my son during a time in our journey when we both needed a space for healing. physically, emotionally and a fresh start mentally. thank you to all the wonderful staff that were so helpful and accommodating to our needs and so KIND.
absolutely no complaints here. remarkably mind blowing!
